Always great service and on time
Always great service and on time. Of course there are always a couple of things that could be better or that I would like to see different. One of my reasons for buying online is to save time and that I have a good overview there. My only issue is that most packages are delivered when I am not home (at work). Then the package is dropped of by one of my neighbours. This I do not like and as I don't want to bother them too much with all my packages I tend to buy less. Last time my package from you was to be picked up at the post office - great! Can't I get that for all packages?
My other comment would be on sizes. As you can see in my order history, then I just ordered two pair of jeans and some other stuff. They were same sizes on papir, however one was a little too big and the other way too small. So I had to return on pair. If the site had given me more info - like that these jeans from this brand are 2 sizes smaller than normal it would have been great. I do realize this would mean a lot of extra work for you - but I can imagine it happens a lot.
For the rest I am very happy with dress-for-less and will continue to purchase clothes through your site

The service is ok
I am in overall satisfied with the service and bought a lot of things here, the main advantage is the fast delivery. However, the brands are so so and your promotional emails are lying - you trick people to subscribe to the newsletter for 10% discount, but I tried it several times and have never received any discount. Also, it would be nicer if your boxes were plain, better for reuse.

If you sign up for the Newsletter you should receive an automatic email with the 10% voucher. If not please contact customer service and they will investigate and issue a voucher for you. But please also check your junkmail. Perhaps it landed in there.

I really enjoyed all the products I received within a day and a half after the order. The variety of the products available for good prices is very big. The quality of the products was also very good, the description and sizes match. I am definitely coming back and recommending it.

Nice shop, horrible return service
I liked the shop layout, however I find it annoying that there are no orders tracking (see H&M online shop how to do it right). Also I am very annoyed with the return service, which takes ages - that reason alone makes me reconsider ordering anything again, since refunds taking more than a month are just not acceptable - and buying online, good return service is a must.
