Where orders go to die…

This brand excels at taking payments and avoiding accountability. No product delivered no refund issued. Customer service journey: checkout, of course, remarkably flawless, delivery 100% fictional, refund or replacement of order IMAGINARY. customer service NON EXISTENT. Wish I could leave -1 star. Btw this goes back to an order placed for CHRISTMAS last November!! Proceed with caution.. personally I’d just hit the back button while you can.

Find a better online ordering option!

Ordered two pairs of shoes that were supposed to be men's size 10 and they definitely are not men's size 10. I contacted the company about the issue and they said I would have to pay to ship them back for a refund and they would also deduct money from my refund for the initial "free" shipment. I would steer clear of this company and order from somewhere else so if there is a problem the item can be shipped back without hassle or cost.

If I could give less than one star

If I could give less than one star, I would! They showed the picture of the model of shoe that I wanted, and then sent me a completely different shoe. It was not the same shoe, but one that was really hideous, and then because it was past 30 days, they didn’t need to honor the actual product I ordered. Beware they will pull a scam and quit switch shoes on you for a less popular, crappy model. Apparently, fraud is okay if the customer doesn’t catch it fast enough. So sketchy!!

Perfect transaction

Perfect transaction! I know my size, I ordered my size...so no issues. The price was great and they shipped them quickly. Very happy with the selection, prices, and service.

Beware of a lot of hidden fees and Lousy Customer Service

Beware of a lot of hidden fees and avoid dress code.com. Ordered a pair of Tom’s shoes that I have another pair of. They didn’t fit. No free returns, had to pay $18 to return them. Ouch, but my fault. I should have known, but I am so used to companies offering free or reduced shipping for refunds.

Then to add insult to injury, I just saw my refund, this sneaky company deducted the $5 free shipping from my original order. So I got burned on both ends. Called them twice. Spoke to Tom, no interest in at least giving me back my $5.

Bunch of liars and thieves

I ordered a belt that turned out to be the wrong size, for a Christmas present (early November). When I found that out, it was past their 30 day return policy. My first contact to them they told me I couldn't return it. I then had to contact them again and tell them I had ordered it as a Christmas present. They then told me to send the belt back to them with a check to cover shipping costs. I did that. Then waited. Then without warning I get a refund from them. I had to contact them to ask what was going on and they told me they didn't have the size I wanted and were refunding my money. I then asked them what they were going to do with the check I had sent them and was told it would be destroyed. Then a month later the check gets cashed. I emailed them on why they cashed the check and that I wanted it refunded. I get a reply saying they refunded my money on Jan 10th (when they did the refund without telling me). I write back telling them I was told the check would be destroyed and outlined the info above. I get a RUDE email back telling me they refunded the price of the belt and the shipping cost. I looked up their return policy and it said they don't refund shipping cost. Now I'm wondering why they told me the check would be destroyed when they had every intent of cashing it.

I'll NEVER purchase from them again due to their HORRIBLE and RUDE customer service.
