This company is a rip-off and should not do business in America! Do not risk ordering from here. I purchased dresses, they sent the wrong dresses. The day I received them I tried to contact them and exchange them. I received an email stating they cannot do that. They can only offer a $30 credit.

I really appreciate the services they offer. I trust them Completely and am ready to keep shopping with them. They never disappoint and are always ready to make sure that you get the best from what they offer. Try opening an account and you will genuinely find out that all the services they offer are the best. I love them and I will continue buying from them.

I bought a dress but it was the wrong size so wanted to exchange it for another size. They asked me to pay for the shipping and I would be reimbursed. Then when they received the dress they said I could only get a refund and that I would have to buy the dress again however, I would not receive a full refund- as they cant sell the dress again despite the dress not being a personalised fit, I disputed this with them and they then said they could send me out another one but i would have to pay $50 shipping again, non refundable.
I have now asked for a refund since I have sent the dress back in perfect condition and have paid for the shipping. in total I spent £200 but are only giving me $145 refund. I told them that they claimed to reimburse me for the shipping too but they said they never, so I sent them two screenshots of the emails I got as evidence. However, despite the proof they have ignored it and are still not agreeing to reimburse me.

If you can, stay away from the website, the dresses are not the same as the photos, their sizing is wrong and they're extremely unprofessional. Their dresses are expensive and bad quality!

I am a shopaholic person and I always love window shopping and jumping from one website to other.
But when I get in to this website, I had to pause for a while!
And, eventually I bought a Night dress with very cheap price but with premium quality.
It came within 2 weeks. I am so happy.

The dress I ordered was not true to size. After measuring myself prior to ordering, when the dress arrived it was on the smaller side than expected. I then tried to obtain a refund and it was an absolutely awful experience! When paying £137 for a dress and then only been offered a maximum of $75 dollars for a refund is utterly ridiculous. (In the end shipping it back would cost £40 so really not much point). How can they say they can only offer some money back as it took money to make the dress. If their system is flawed why do they take it out on the customers?
This is an absolute scam and the whole process has been tiring and tedious. Never using this website again and I urge no one else to use it either.

I have been using dresswe.com for a while now for all my clothing and shopping needs. And i don't hesitate to say that I am completely satisfied with the service and quality they offer. You can for sure give a try if you want a great quality in a reasonable and fair price.

Most sites charge very high delivery costs something I found to be different with your site. I've had such a good experience with this site. Especially with the very long waits atter ordering. Also, I love how you constantly restock your dresses. There are some dresses that I put in my cart 2 months ago... and I still found them in stock!!! Your discounts are to die for!

saying that I loved the dresses is an understatement. They look amazing on me my sister loved them so much I had to give her one. My pocket is the only thing keeping me from buying everything on this site. I also appreciate that your delivery period is as quoted in the site, at least for my goods. I however wish that your customer care would be quicker to response. Otherwise you coped a frequent shopper!

This site is really helpful and offers lots of quality and adorable clothes. I read the negative comments about this site and I felt it would not be good..But when I tried this , I found that its just cool and it became my favorite in a few seconds. The outfits are Fabulous and delivery is always on time ..Try it now!!

Problem solved. I had a issue not recieving my dress. It was the fault of DHL. Dresswe we so kind to reship a new one or refund me the money. The carrier DHL lost my package. It just one of those things that is out of the vendors control.

The only bad thing about dresswe, is that they took 1 month to deliver my dress, however when i got it , i loved everything about it. The quality of the material is great and it fits great as well, i will order with them again, now that i know who long it takes to get beautiful clothing. Thanks dresswe!! One happy customer.

They were able to refund me money for a pair of shoes. Now waiting to see what they can do about the other pair with the same issue but thank u

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They make you think they will let you return items for a refund if there are any issues but after my initial contact with them when I sent them photos that showed that the dress I received was not cut the same way it is seen in the pictures they are now completely ignoring all my communication! I am now in the process of determining how I can dispute the charge since they are not returning any of my emails anymore. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!

Update:

After several attempts to rectify this situation, dresswe did finally agree to refund the money spent on the dress after I paid to ship it back to them. (New star rating reflects this update now)

I ordered 2 dresses from dresswe.com, order number 253090.They did not look or fit as described on the website.

I read the return policy carefully and followed their instructions. However, upon emailing them as they requested in order to obtain the shipping address, they made some new claim that they could only offer me a small percentage of the cost due to specially making this dress, that they are just the manufacturers. This violates their advertised policy which offers a full refund. This amounts to a scam.

I would appreciate appropriate resolution, refunding me fully for the order I placed.Otherwise I will have to take further action in litigation.

BEWARE!!!! Like many others I have been scammed! I'm so upset. They have $224 which they will not refund me. They gave me the address to return the dresses to, which cost £25. They have received the dresses in perfect condition but are refusing my refund. They offered me $30, having the audacity to say it was because I am a VIP customer!!! I'm furious. No bridesdmaid dresses for my wedding or money to buy more. They have caused me so much stress and upset at what should be a happy time. Wish I had looked at other's reviews before I bought them. It is a long evening gown, which have long slit roughly from mid-thigh. The dress has
an interesting decoration on the top of the neckline and on the back. This dress also
has a notch on the hallux, passing from one side to the side (between the hip and
armpit). Evening dresses usually can be long. Dresswe gown should reach the floor,
if it was buying the higher the girl would be just right! Actually, I love this dress.

I just received my dress. It fits pretty close to perfect. It will need a little nip tuck on the sides as expected, but other than that perfect. I am 5'7" and it comes to my feet. The colors are better than I expected based on the other reviews. I brought this dress for the captain's night on the anniversary cruise for my husband and myself. Super excited!!

I wore my dress to an annual award ceremony for my job,it is a lovely dress and fits better than I expected. I usually wear a 10, (5"6' 157 lbs, bust 36C) but was worried this dress would be a bit too small so I ordered a size 12. I don't think I needed to do that, I had to take in quite a bit at the waist in the back, but the alteration was super easy.I LOVE my dress!
