Fuzz was fantastic. He was courteous and upfront, gave a good indication of the service he provided and what to expect, was approachable and didn't once give me reason to question his professionalism or quality. When he was a little later than expected because of traffic and previous handover delays he was apologetic and again upfront about the situation.
Would definitely use his services again and glad we used Driiveme.

Beware. This company lists cars that are privately owned and might not be mechanically sound. They do not require the owner to give the year and mileage of the car. There is no explanation of who wants the car delivered to whom and why, there's just two addresses. (My pickup address changed from some unknown spot in a large mall to a nail salon in the suburbs. I was told by the owner to pump up the tires with the pump he keeps in the trunk, before I could drive the car, since they go flat after "a couple of days" and to ignore the warning light. Although the car was "nearly new", it had just had an oil change.). This company makes no arrangements for roadside assistance. They are opaque about making refunds in the event of maintenance issues or breakdowns. Upon reserving a car, this company immediately charges your credit card with the entire amount of the fees, including optional large excess fees for keeping the car longer than 24 hours (100eu/day) and insurance (50eu), before you have a chance to check out the car, so there's a significant amount to be refunded. They did refund me, but it's not clear whether that was company policy or due to my earlier terrible review. They said the funds were a deposit and had only been "a bank imprint" but it looked like a charge to me. If they do agree to refund on cancellation, they charge the cancellation fee of 9 EU, but due to the extremely bad experience I had, they cancelled that as well.

Clifford was flexible, kind and very helpful. No pressure, disputes or issues at all. Selling my car this way was daunting but Driiveme made it easy and secure. Highly recommended.

I sold my car and the collection was done by DriiveMe and the driver Fuzz. Fuzz was friendly and professional throughout and provided updates on his arrival and the payment for the car. He was also patient and courteous with my father-in-law, who had a lot of questions regarding the process. Can't fault his services.

I have leased a Tesla and Mark was the designated driver who delivered the car to me. Mark was very knowledgable about the car and was happy to spend the time going through all the features.

He kept me updated throughout the whole process, from his eta until final delivery of the car. He was a pleasure to meet, and so helpful throughout the whole checkoff process and payment.
