Fuzz kept me updated with his travel arrangements to my address. When he arrived, he completed the handover tasks efficiently, explaining clearly what he was doing and what I needed to do.

Excellent service from Ceejay. He sent detailed messages clearly outlining his arrival time, the process that followed his arrival, and how once the car had been delivered. Ceejay is very friendly, professional, and experienced, and it was a pleasure meeting him.

The driver came to collect the car was fuzz, he kept me informed from the day before he was due to pick the car up and on the day he let me know he was running late due to the A12 being blocked at Gallows corner,which is closed, on arrival he introduced herself very professional and courteous, he thoroughly looked around the car and took it for a short test drive, came back very happy with the car, he helped me do the change over with the DVLA very easy then got in touch with the company that bought the car to pay the full amount and was in my bank within five minutes, it makes a change to deal with people so professional and courteous. I would recommend fuzz and his company to anybody who needs a car picking up.

Excellent experience from Ceejay yesterday when picking up my son’s car. From start to finish he kept my son well informed of what time he would be arriving and when there was a train delay letting him know immediately. He made the experience all run so smoothly and was so knowledgeable . He was so polite and courteous, he talked me through the transferring of vehicle with the DVLA online and made sure everything was complete before he left. Thank you Ceejay you completely deserve the 5 stars!

Great communication from Fuzz (Faisal) leading up to the day of collection, which gave me confidence from the start.
On the day of collection, Fuzz let me know he was starting to run late but reassured me all was ok. His communication was great and very proactive. As I had work commitments he quickly assured me an alternative driver (Ali) was being arranged to keep the delay to a minimum. Ali arrived in plenty of time, and the inspection and handover was very smooth.
Overall a really great experience (despite the delay) and a really great example of good customer service, keeping the customer informed. Excellent 👍

Simple easy experience with Fuzz doing the assessment. Explained it all, was patient with me due to some unforeseen work commitments and the patience of a saint waiting on hold for 2 hours to get through to the buyer. A pain free experience due to Fuzz's calm manner. Thank you.

Great service from start to finish, kept informed and process straight forwards. Fuzz from Driiveme was a pleasure, friendly and confirmed ETA for the car purchase service and when just a few minutes away. Also notified when the car made it to its destination. Smooth and would definitely use again in the future and recommend to others.

This entire process was easy from beginning to end. Ceejay kept me informed throughout, both prior to the collection during and after. Ceejay was extremely friendly, knowlegable and made what can be a stressful task simple, with his good customer service and humour. He was open and honest, ensured I had no questions, and left only once everything was resolved and all parties were happy.

Ceejay very easy to deal with , professional and competent and very thorough - perhaps too thorough as process took 2 hours , but he is doing his job so need to be patient , only let down by payment system which was having an off day , I can see him collecting my next car when I fancy another change .
