I have no complaints at all with Drinksupermafket.com however the delivery driver from Yodel was rude and threatened to take the delivery back because he didn't like dogs.

Don't Bother

Ordered for next day delivery on 2 occasions in the morning of the day before I needed it.
Called late on the same day to inform me most items were out of stock.
Paid extra for delivery next day before 12pm.
Both occasions items were delivered well after 12pm.
Wont use again.

Very disappointing experience with first order

Very disappointed with my first order. Paid for next day delivery and expected for delivery on Tuesday 22nd July.

Unfortunately, FedEx had been appointed as the carrier, and as Trustpilot reviews show a dismal approval rating with appalling customer service ratings for delivery I'm not surprised that my order has taken three days to finally be delivered.

Their tracking information is minimal, and promised out for delivery today details are totally inaccurate.

FedEx tracking details show delivery has been advised for Tuesday, then Wednesday and now Thursday!

Having spent three full days at home waiting for this delivery, this purchase has been incredibly frustrating!

Cannot recommend, and will not be using them again!

The order of 12 bottles of lime cordial…

The order of 12 bottles of lime cordial was delivered very early and we were out. FedEx pushed a card through the door with no information on the reverse side. Scanned the QR code said would be delivered next day -no delivery , or the day after .
Contacted DRINKS supermarket they spoke to FEDEX no deliveries had been made., but the order would be delivered after the weekend Monday , on FedEx app said delivery was attempted at 05:07 am Ridiculous not on my CCTV called Drinks supermarket again they gave me FedEx address called at FedEx office it had been there for 6 days no redelivery had been attempted the original delivery card should have told me this. The FedEx app apparently bogus it says will be attempted everyday after - completely untrue.
Drinks Supermarket helped with every call to them.
FedEx 0 stars for there useless lying app. Also the useless driver who should have put collect info on reverse side of blank card

Disappointing experience

Received a bottle from my sister for my birthday, unfortunately the bottle was damaged it had clearly been dropped on lid and the cap was cracked and leaking, not only that the whole bottle was cracked! A week later drinks supermarket are still not accepting liability that it was damaged during transit! We have complied with all requested for photos yet they are disputing it’s their responsibility- what should have a been a lovely gift has no turned into a lengthy dispute with unhelpful and unsympathetic customer service!
Further to drinks supermarket response- is there a way to upload photos of my damaged bottle?

Thank you for your review. Upon reviewing the evidence of damage that was sent to us there was no sign of liquid damage to the outer packaging, which suggests the item we sent you was delivered in good condition.
