Can’t fault it came within 2 days off ordering

Ordered a Tracksuit at the start of November it came fine was to big done a return and the parcel has been lost I have the tracking sayingnits back with yous but can't get answered to emails I have done almost dripmoda said emailed them replies from in post to be ignored and throbbed off still trying ti sort this and not getting help from the support team

I ordered a tracksuit in NOVEMBER! the track was delivered on the 24/11/2025, tried it on and it was to big requested a return form to get a smaller size. So I printed it off and sent it back on the 27th of November and i still haven't anything from them!! Tracksuit was €137.94

Terrible customer service, no one ever responds to dm messages or emails! Been emailing since the 15th December and still haven’t resolved the issue. Refusing to provide me a refund, due to my return parcel going “missing” stay clear of this company!!!!

Can’t believe this company not 5 stars all the way great little company quality goods and fast delivery great prices what more can you ask for everything I’ve purchased has been perfect 👌🏻

Request on email is shocking. I sent an item 14 of December and I am still waiting for my refund ….. someone communicating with me would be great I have sent 5 emails and I am still fighting for just simple communication. Shocking and will never order Rrom for you again…… look at your emails as this is the only way for people to get in touch …..

I returned an item and requested a refund to my original payment method, which the company’s policy states is possible. However, I was not given this option during the return process.
Despite contacting DripModa several times to request a refund back to my original payment method, I received no response or assistance. Instead, a voucher was issued without my consent, which I do not want or need.
There has been no meaningful customer service, no communication, and no attempt to resolve this properly. I would have been happy with a straightforward refund as stated in their policy, but this has not been honoured.

Absolutely appalling company, returned over 2 wks ago , waiting on refund of over £400 , no response or notification of return , though I checked tracking , got response on Instagram promising me refund , still nothing , opened dispute with bank

The delivery was fine but I received an item and it was too big and I wanted to exchange for the same item but a smaller size I entered my details into the returns portal was told I will receive instructions to return but never did I also emailed the customer service email and did not receive an answer and it says the policy is you can only return within 14 days and I hope that this can be resolved before that order #363512

Disgusting company seems like they’re being ran by the bare minimum. An outfit bought for Xmas and only half the set sent. First time ever using and this will be the last as trying to get the other half of the outfit is literally impossible!! You have to send 10 emails to get a response that’s vague also. Shame on this place.

I ordered 2 pairs of trainers, one of which was faulty. I have returned them for an exchange but now 6 weeks on and I have still not received them and they are ignoring all of my emails. This company is appalling and are the worst company that I have ever dealt with.
If I could give the zero stars I would have.

I ordered a tracksuit for my son for Christmas, I never received it. I have been asking dripmoda for help etc they said they will contact the delivery service but it will take 14-28 days for a reply/update. We are now on day 42 and my emails are being ignored. I have been been able to get a response. I even stopped getting the automated response letting me know my email had been received so I think my Email was blocked, so I have attempted to email from a different email address hoping for a response. Pretty poor customer service.

I have ordered from there before and as long as your happy with your order there are no issue, quick delivery but if you need to return or exchange or just didn’t receive they’re just a nightmare.

Poor correspondence all round. Wouldn't recommend at all ... Stay away
