Ordered a tracksuit on the 23rd for next day delivery it’s the 26th now and it’s still not even been dispatched, customer service telling me the item isn’t even in stock !!!😒😵‍💫😵‍💫 I could not for the life of me understand why you’d have something marked as in stock on your website take payment for next day delivery to fulfill nothing??
No tracksuit as it’s not even in stock yet and no refund for next day delivery??

First time ordering and it won’t be the last heard horror stories so was reluctant to order but so glad I did order shipped before time stated had no trouble at all quality product super quick delivery happy all round thanks a lot dripmoda you will be receiving more orders from myself

Honestly wouldn’t bother ordering off them, god forbid you don’t like what you order or it doesn’t fit because you’ll be waiting months for a gift voucher. I have emailed, messaged on Instagram. Requested a cash refund as obviously the gift voucher is going to be a waste of time. I have been going around in circles for months.

Order from here alot and cant fault them every order placed has been perfect always top quality and always fast returned my 1st order to swap for a diff size and that was super easy aswell been ordering a few years now customer suport always fast to respond any time i have queryed anything

Rotten company don’t order from them. I have placed many orders no issue I ordered a hoody that was specified as a normal Medium, upon receiving the hoody and trying it on it was way too small. Request an exchange for large and they have declined it on the basis the tags were tampered with. Hoody was only £60 aswell will not be buying from these weasels again that’s for sure

Appalling customer service, ordered a jacket and found it almost £100 cheaper on another website. Emailed cancelling the order before it was dispatched however these con artists decided to send it anyway knowing fine well their return process is a scam. As of the date of purchase 16/01/26 to now, still no return they tried to offer a gift card when it’s quite clear I wanted a refund. They do not respond to emails in “24hrs” as they state and ignore customers. Worst customer experience ever purchase at your own risk

Bought a William Giles tracksuit, was lost by DPD after 3 days. I emailed numerous times asking for a replacement to be sent out and they refused time and time again. Have had to go through my bank as they won’t do anything, package is still in transit (lost) 3 weeks after I bought it. Stay clear of them definitely wouldn’t recommend them at all.

Worst clothing company i know of. Needs reporting to someone as they think they can receive FULL orders back and not send me my money back?? I eventually got it back through my bank but dripmoda have tried to challenge my £130 charge back order. That hard up for the cash and the clothes by the looks of things. I have emailed multiple times and of course always get no response. Absolute laughing stock of a company my 5 year old could do a better job 😂

Well what I can say are that the clothes are nice quality and love the look of them but for sizing of the drip moda brand it was way off what the true fit guide told me to buy so unfortunately had to return all the items for a full refund Just wondering how long I should expect to wait for a full refund after you have received the clothes back it has been 2 days so far

My new running shoes were competitively priced and the transaction was easy to carry out. The shoes arrived a few days later and are excellent. Many thanks.

Returned process failed. I paid €12,50 for the return, there is no free return process. I contacted them 6 times and now they are ignoring my mails. They said it takes 14 days for the return process to complete, i am waiting 18 working days.

There is no phone number for contacting them.
