I ordered a pair of trainers from DripModa UK, but they sent me the wrong pair. I then followed their returns process, where I was asked whether I wanted a full refund or store credit. I clearly selected full refund, yet after they received the returned item, they issued me store credit instead.

To make matters worse, I was also charged to return the item, even though the mistake was entirely theirs. I don’t believe customers should have to pay return costs when they receive the wrong item.

After this happened, I looked at the Trustpilot reviews and was disappointed to see that many other customers appear to have experienced similar issues with refunds and store credit. Had I read the reviews beforehand, I would never have placed an order.

I have since contacted DripModa to try to resolve the matter and have also raised the issue with my credit card provider.

Sending the wrong item is one mistake, but charging me to return it and then ignoring my request for a full refund has left me with no confidence in this company. Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from DripModa UK.

Fabulous online store. Great comms and montane trail running shorts are spot on.

My experience with DripModa has been extremely disappointing. I ordered a pair of trainers, but the parcel never arrived. The delivery photo provided by DPD only showed the parcel label and gave no indication of where it had actually been left.

Since reporting the issue, the process has been unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming. I’ve had to repeatedly chase updates, complete extra paperwork, and deal with delays. To make matters worse, I received a letter instructing me to return a signed declaration in an “enclosed envelope”, but no return envelope or prepaid postage was included. I was then left having to question why I should be expected to pay to return paperwork for a parcel I never received.

The issue is still ongoing, and I am still waiting for a final resolution. I expected a much smoother customer service experience, especially when the problem was not caused by me.

Every order is of top quality and service

Placed a large order and unfortunately one of my items was missing, this issue was resolved with in 24rs with the item missing send out with tracking. Customer service brilliant.

I purchased a pair Merrell trainers for camping recently and had to return them as I had bought the wrong pair. After initially recieving a gift card in place of a refund I reached out to Sai in customer services who very quickly resolved the issue, demonstrating real care and understanding.

Sai really restored my faith in the business - thank you!

Also well worth noting, the quality of service throughout the experience was fantastic start to finish. Quick confirmations, great prices, delivery on time and well documented, would give 6 stars if I could!

Really bad service

Ordered two items they never turned up DPD sent them back to Dripmoda, I’ve sent numerous emails to them and they want to refund me less than I spent ?
I’m probably on over 15 days since the original order out of pocket and no item

After this experience I would never want to use this shop again

ORDERED A NEXT DAY DELIVERY SO ITS IN TIME FOR FATHERS DAY THEY HAVE THEN REQUESTED IT BACK FROM DPD NOT SENT MY ITEM STOLE MY MONEY, I NOW HAVE TO WAIT 15 DAYS FOR A REFUND. DIDNT EVEN BOTHER TO TELL ME SPENT 1.5 HOURS AT WORK TRYING TO GET HOLD OF DPD AND THEY TOLD ME DRIPMODA DIDNT EVEN TELL ME!!!!! SO NOW HE HAS NO GIFT SCAMMERS!!

Easy to order and quick delivery, i ordered 2 pairs of trainers in error and the returns process was easy and my refund was resolved really quickly with customer service team

Ordered a t shirt with Drip Moda, to which they sent out a completely different t shirt to what I had ordered. After returning the wrong t shirt they had sent out, I requested a refund. I did not get a refund but instead got given a gift card. I’ve now emailed them again to say I want the refund and not the gift card, but am now being ignored.

Stay clear!! Order multiple sets, worn each set once for gym etc and washed them all together but one of them has what looks likes sweat stains on it that won’t wash out after 3 washes they’re still there, all other sets are fine and all washed together and the set wasn’t used for anything else. Dripmoda
won’t do anything, also not recived my refunds for other sets that I returned! This is the second time I’ve used them and both times I’ve have had problems! Won’t be using again!

Never ordered from Dripmoda before. Seen the reviews thought I’d give them a go. Fair to say be ordering again. Ordered Thursday 3 sets of under armour stuff. Received Saturday. Fit perfectly and was exactly what I ordered. Will definitely be ordering again. Thank you.

One star because zero isn’t an option.

Item returned but no refund. At least 8 emails sent but no response to any of them. No contact number so email the only option.

Avoid this company at all costs.

I have emailed you on multiple occasions. You have ignored each and every one. Similar to other reviews on here, you fail to respond to any and all contact. You also issue credit notes when you are obligated to refund to the original payment should the buyer prefer that. I’ll continue to update this review for every email that you ignore.

If your item becomes faulty after 5 months they aren't interested no help what so ever! Will never buy from here again

I’d give this place no starts if I could! Do not buy from here! I received item and within days the badge on the shorts started to peel away when I contacted them several times and days later there response was send it back and we will send another out! If that is happening after a few days why on earth would I want another set sent out for me to then have to waste days of my time just to try get a response! AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS!!!!

I bought shorts and a top for my son on a next day delivery, I received the shorts a few days later and I’m still waiting on the top, I sent an email reporting the top missing and not had a reply

Been a regular customer to this business for a while but my last order was delivered to the wrong house and person been trying to get in touch with them through the email and still no response been going on for a month now!

Order never received after 10 days,
no communication or AI only.
after 10 days says some products are not available.
customer service very very poor and wont be using drip moda again.
didnt receive a full refund.

Useless ordered a full outfit paid for next day delivery turned up over a week late had been opened by delivery company and items missing
Drip moda has no intentions of resolving the issue or investigating it just palming me of would avoid spending money here

Ordered £230 worth of clothes and only got sent the joggers. I ordered a set of joggers and 1/4 zip & 2 t shirts and shorts. Once I messaged regarding the mistake when only one item came. I got them sent out straight away. Now fully received thankyou very much
