Ordered a medium under armour set and the top came as a large, emailed them twice over the past few days and no response whatsoever. (Indicates a response within 24 hrs)

I’ve bought loads from a this website and now that will be the last time.

Ordered 2 tracksuits, delivery was delayed a day finally received it with the bag resealed by dpd. 2 items missing iv raised the concern with drip moda iv emailed over 6 times and just getting completely ignored so I paid 160 on a 3 piece tracksuit and received 1 thing absolutely disgusting.

Sent the wrong colour tracksuit, took ages to reply, I returned it, and they literally sent the same wrong colour back again in a different size. Shocking customer service.

Disappointing.

Sent a return back on the 6th of May and it’s now the 19th of May and still haven’t had any correspondence with the Dripmoda about my refund. Absolutely shocking…….quick enough to sell you items but are absolutely shocking f at refunding you.

Company are con artists. I have returned 2 items 6 weeks ago and they still havent refunded me despite them being returned via INPost and me receiving confirmation they have received the goods back. No resposne at all

There is no tracking details delivery is ment to be 3 to 5 days and havent got any confirmation no email back and i need to parcel urgently

Well... I'll start by saying I can't believe I'm writing a review, never done one before in my life, but I feel like I have to put a warning out there.

I ordered a pair of trainers and paid the delivery fee with the standard lead time of 2-3 days. After the three days, I emailed asking for an update as I needed them to come in time for a night out at the weekend. No reply, I then emailed again and then emailed the sales address, dm'd on Instagram and called a store I believe is in Liverpool... no answer.

Finally, just shy of two weeks later, I got a text from Drip Moda saying that they are experiencing stock issues, would I like a size 7.5 instead of an 8. I said no id like to cancel and get a refund. They then follow up with an apology and ask me again if I'd like it in a pair in size 8. I said yes, but only if you can assure me that ill recieve it the next day and it's the colour that I ordered. I'm then offered a size 7.5 again.

At this point, I'm done, and I say you have no size 8, so cancel my order. You'll never guess what they say next, would like a 7.5 in a different colour.

I'm trying to keep my cool and say no cancel please, and then I get an email from DPD, they are expecting a parcel from Drip Moda.

I told the rep this, and they say don't worry, this item has been processed as out of stock and unfortunately, this creates a DPD label. I work in retail myself, and we use DPD, so I know this is false.

I asked to confirm that the order is cancelled and ill receive my refund. They say yes the refund has been processed. One minute later, I get another text saying they've spoken to the warehouse team and the stock issue has been resolved and i'll get the order the next day

I ask for clarity because I'm confused as hell... silence until the next day. They reply with the same crap I've been hearing: we are experiencing stock issues blah blah blah do you want a size 7.5

I'm thinking they must be at the wind up here or they've had a few pints. This carries on until I get an email from DPD to say that they've delivered a parcel from Drip Moda.

So in the end, I got my trainers but lost some brain cells.

Genuinely was saying to someone at work the other day ill never write a bad review on a company but this just had to be done.

Looking at reviews on trust pilot, communication and delivery time is a constant issue.

If you value your sanity AVOID Drip Moda as they employ drips.

Honestly youse are an absolute joke. Ordered next day delivery got it 6 (SIX) days later and had the cheek to ignore when I asked for the next day delivery refund since I paid about 7 quid for it. Furthermore when they refunded the actual product itself, no communication, no message or acknowledgement that they’d received it. All I got was some in store credit 11 days later. Yeah not even a proper refund they had the cheek to give me in store credit like Im EVER going to use their absolute garbage website ever again. Don’t waste your time

I ordered a two piece outfit it came within good time and decent quality . However I returned an item back 2 weeks and still not heard anything to say they have received my return or anything about a refund. Therefore I have now lost out on money which is not acceptable.

Ordered 2 under armour tracksuits Thursday and both tracksuits arrived Saturday, great service thank you!

I ordered something on the 25th April said it would come between 3-4 days dpd shipping still haven’t received anything I don’t even think my order has been shipped I’ve emailed them several times and no answer. On shop it still says that it’s waiting for order details after a couple days. Very poor customer service wouldn’t recommend buying from here

I ordered items nearly 2 weeks ago which stated it would be 2 day delivery with dpd I still havnt recieved any of the things I ordered it’s a nightmare

Contact them several times via email, they will not respond about my return. There customer service is jon existent.

If I could give 0 stars I would… I ordered my brother a birthday present from this website (shorts and T-shirt set) I ordered the items on the 15th April and paid £7.99 next day delivery. The order did not arrive on the Thursday, so I gave the company the benefit of the doubt.

Still having not received my parcel on the Friday I had messaged the company who took 72 hours to respond. My brothers birthday is the 19th April and he had no present to open from me. I was refunded the £7.99 difference and given a pathetic apology.

On Monday the 20th April I finally received a response advising my parcel would arrive by Wednesday 22nd April. Once the day had passed and it had reached the afternoon I contacted the company to advise I still hadn’t received any shipping details. To which my parcel was then delivered yesterday.

Absolutely would not recommend drip moda, this is my first time ordering and would not order again. I would strongly advise keeping your money and going elsewhere as they do not provide accurate details on shipping, parcels are late even when you pay for next day delivery, they don’t respond to messages in a timely manner and they are not apologetic at all when responding.

Spent 300 said it’s been delivered but dpd has sent it to wrong address. Messaged DripModa on instagram was told to email which I have done over 48 hours ago and still no reply even though they stated on instagram that would be in touch withing 24 hours. Avoid

Absolutely never buy anything from this company again ripping people off customer service absolutely shit owed a refund not even responding been to cisterns advice thete will be giving me more now don’t but anything from here

I think this is a scam my son ordered £577 pound ordered Tuesday the14th April haven’t received it prooved it hasn’t left Liverpool ( askd for refund and there now telling me I have to send the stuff bk, I haven’t received it absolute joke do not order from here atall , was meant to be expected last Thursday

They sorted out my order issue realky fast reliable and effeciant very helpfull
