Really quick and easy pick up process. Got an upgrade on the car as well which was an added bonus. Friendly staff - I think it was Matt who helped us, very nice guy who was attentive and personable.

Easy to pick up car and Rahat at Manchester was excellent. Friendly and professional. Drop off was great as we were at the Sofitel right next door and the car was terrific all the way.

RAF was very helpful and kind. Highly recommended.

Staff were really great and made everything easy and quick. Always use them whenever I need a rental.

We arrived late because of air traffic and at the desk Andrew stayed over time to help us and he was absolutely kind and efficient.
On our return to the office James was also very kind and helpful.
Overall car and personnel have been marvellous

Had a very efficient and friendly check in with James at Drivalia Manchester Airport. Have used Drivalia several times before but never had such quick and good service. He explained everything thoroughly. Also made some suggestions to help me returning the car somewhere else. Also Helped me with a couple of other questions when he brought the car around. Only downside he promised me a Ferrari which I didn’t get! A happy customer never the less.

Rahat was, as always excellent and organised my Car very quickly. I have been using Easyrent/ Drivalia for 10 years and have had RAHAT on 3 Occasions in the past few years. Extremely Polite, very helpful (as are all your staff)

This was the twentieth time that i rented a car, a van in this case. I rented car everywhere, Us, Europe, uk, and i always stipulated a third insurance with the broker. This time i did the same through carwise, During the pick up procedure they did not ask me if i wanted the insurance, i used my credit card being sure to use it for the deposit and i signed the contract, confident because of my previous experiences. After few hours i found a charge of 1.444 pounds of their insurance instead the charge of the deposit (2500). When i returned the van asking (being polite) clarification, i have been told that i have been asked if i wanted deposit or insurance and that i replied insurance, this never happend, and in any case, they did not respect the usual procedure of rental, such us, proposing the insurance showing the leaflet or the table that explains the insurance contents, as the agent did with the customers that picked up the car before me. But it is not finished here.....when i arrived at the return point, the guy that control the car, told me that because of the insurance i was ok and if i could signed the closing of the contract without any further charge. I replied him thaat i wanted to talk with the agend that charged me the insurance before sigining. So he came inside the office and i followed him inside. After few minutes, the office manager came to me, telling me that, i payed and i signed the contract and that the insurance was not refundable, i did not have any hopes for that, i just wanted clarification of their way to act, after that, the manager told me that, because i went to isle of skye i had to pay a charge of 60£ because skye is not part of the uk mainland!! 10 minutes before they told me that i was ok without charge, 10 minutes later, because of my complains i have been asked to pay a charge of 60 £!!!!! I never seen something like this in my life of traveller. Never more with them, Drivalia, you will be legally ok because i signed the contract trusting in your professionality, but morally you are not!!!

Matt was very quick in getting me the vehicle and has been kind and flexible.

Hired from Manchester Airport, lots of hidden extras that you are not made aware of prior to pick up, £1500 taken from credit card for example but if you take their waiver insurance it's just £1, even though I had better waiver insurance in place. But the return experience is what tipped the scales for me, prior to taking the car I was informed that I would receive an email outlining any damage to the car, fortunately I took my own pics of the cars condition, on return they tried to blame me for damage to one of the alloys, this damage was there when the car was collected but they had not included this on the email sent, had I not taken the pics I would have been left with a hefty bill, very low act and a company to avoid at all costs
Overall an awful experience from start to finish, my advice would be to pay the extra and go with a reputable company, Avis, Hertz etc, much more professional and customer focused

We arrived at Manchester Airport branch and were greeted by Matt such a friendly guy. Our booking was made online so Matt reviewed all our paperwork, then found us a great deal on the insurance. The whole process was smooth and professional. Thanks Matt we will be back soon

I've used Drivalia in Manchester a few times over the last coupel of years and always decent service. Was particularly happy this time around with my car upgrade. Thanks to Raf. I will be using Drivalia again next time I'm back in the UK.

First time Drivalia user. Process of pickup and admin was smooth and efficient. Andrew was helpful and courteous. Will use again.

Terrible company. My flight was delayed by just under 2 hours and when I got there my car had been given away and I lost the money I'd paid.
On leaving the airport I called to say I'd landed late and was told to head over to the office then Matt, the person on duty, pretended to be all friendly before offering me a different car for almost twice what I'd already paid (in addition to what I'd lost).
Will NEVER EVER book with this excuse for a company again
