Someone from facebook contacted me 10 minutes agter advertising my vehicle for sale. They were very pushy and a little rude with asking me to get a vehicle check done and sent me this website address. He used the excuse he had bad luck with vehicle checks before.
I told him if he was interested then he will have to do the check and i am not willing to pay for the check myself.
He tried telling me it was my responsibility and he would pay for the car in full plus the report on top if everything came back clean on the report. I eventually ended the conversation and blocked him.
Please be very careful when selling vehicles on facebook.
If you want to pay for a report to show the buyer the vehicles previous history then make sure it is of your own accord.
You do not have to provide the vehicle check history if you don't want to and if the seller is really interested then they can pay for the report themselves.

This was definitely a scam!

Exactly the same situation as the other review.
I was selling a car on Facebook and a potential buyer messaged me with some plausible-sounding questions. Then he asked if I had a "CV report" for the car, and directed me to this site saying that if the report was clean he'd buy the car and pay me back for the report. Fortunately I checked trustpilot looking for a review and luckily found that other review. Be careful out there!

I was selling my motorbike on Facebook a potential buyer messaged me and was very demanding on me useing this site for a report telling me it’s my responsibility to provide one as I am selling told him I am happy to use AA or RAC but not useing one I can only find bad things about after doing some research it is a scam please no one fall for this remember the law is buyer beware not seller beware it is done to the buyer to do there checks at there own cost for there peace of mind I even offered him £150 off the asking price that would cover the check and his travel but he is insisting it’s my responsibility please be careful

Fortunately I checked the domain and it has the same IP as other domains linked to the same type of scam. You put your card details into the site and boom your card is stolen.
