Very please with my purchase
Called and got great customer service. This is the first time I have replaced a HD with an SSD and OMG it was so simple to do using the Samsung Magician software. I benchmarked my regular tasks before and after and I am not exaggerating, the performance on the win10 laptop at least quadrupled.

Knowledgeable and very helpful
First, their compatibility database (upgrade center) is excellent for sorting through the thousands of different HP combinations.
