Lamonte got me together! Made everything easy for me

They said 99 percent approval but with zero down but the cheapest car was almost 4000 down

I wanted to purchase a car it was nice. But they told me they asked me rather if I wanted to drive train protection the rental car reimbursement the transmission covered and I explained to them that I have a service for that then they told me my payments will be $440 because I didn't want automatic pay coming out of my account. When I went on Bridgecrest website I said it was $538! That's not what we agreed upon then he told me that once I drop all of that off of my account they would lower my payment when i. When I called Bridgecrest they said they could take it off but my payments will stay the same that's not what I agreed upon so in my opinion, the dealership lied to me. And the representative there they can't do anything about it so yes I'm giving it one star review! If I could give a lower one I would stay away from the drive time in Taylor Michigan on Telegraph Road!

Emily was awesome. I was feeling so defeated and she remained calm while I was on 100.... She kept reassuring me that she was not trying to force me into something that I wouldn't be happy in, and low and behold the PERFECT car came in. The same exact car that I had in 2021, but in 2025. Thank you Emily for your sweet personality and patience.

No hassle experience whatsoever, it said I was approved online and when I got there I really was, the salesman was the best ever...so polite and helpful, very knowledgeable and gave 110% helping me purchase the car but was never pushy at anytime ! Highly recommend !

I purchased a vehicle from the dealership in West Ashle October 18, 2025, and after about 2 and a half months the engine light came on and had to get it serviced. Not even a month later issues again and the truck was down February 23 - May 18 2026 due to not having enough funds for repair and none of my issues were covered under warranty. Now 2 months later this week July 20, 2026 I was informed that there was more major repairs now needing to be done and warranty does not cover again. I need help.
