DriveTime was great and the employees…

DriveTime was great and the employees were so helpful. I want to Thank my salesman, Tyler and the manager, not sure of his name but they called him, V. Incredible crew. Everyone was professional and helpful. If you need a vehicle, this is the place to go. Love my new Murano.

I have purchased 2 vehicles from drive…

I have purchased 2 vehicles from drive time using Tameka Reed as my salesperson and the experience was excellent. Tameka is very knowledgeable and professional, she is very pleasant to deal with and the experience great! Only negative part of my experience was the A/C was not working and it was very hot and uncomfortable!!!!!

Bad. Just dont

They are worse than JD byrider. They know you're in need of a car and they take advantage of that. Finance company is horrible and their warranty company is worse. Don't buy from there. If I could have chosen less than one star, I would have.

Matt is the Best Car Salesman in the World

It was the Salesperson Matt that made my experience exceptional. He listened to everything that I had to say regarding my need for purchasing a Car. He cared about my experience at Drive Time. He cared about my Finances and making my experience affordable. I would definitely tell everyone that I know to go to Drive Time and when the time comes for me to get another Car I will go back to Matt at Drive Time.

Daronn is truly amazing person

Daronn is truly amazing person. Was very respectful, helpful, and absolutely genuine person. My mother was with me and he spoke with her the whole time. Always was super supportive and helpful. Gave me a ton of information about the car I was trying to get.

very welcoming and amazing staff

very welcoming and amazing staff, specifically the man that kinda looks like that one actor from arrested development david cross and the other guy who was the only one that could do my indiana plates working at the time. looks eerily similar to a man i deal dice too but..besides the point. great guys would bring them business. my brother is trying to trade in a newer truck!

Great salesman terrible customer service after the fact from dealership

I was happy with Jordon and his help. However on the drive home the drivers side headlight was flickering. So I took off the next morning from work and returned to the dealership. Where someone told us they are just a dealership this is what the warranty is for. After a brief contestment and explaining we literally picked up the car right before closing the night before. The person who was assisting us told us it was a $20 bulb which he was actually right on. Which is what made this all the more ludacris. We were advised to go to a shop they contracted with. After going to that shop we were told we would have to sit all day and even then they could not promise they would get to the car until Saturday. I live 2hrs from the shop and dealership. When this was brought up to the dealership my wife and I basically felt pushed off.

I purchased a 2016 Chevy Cruze from the Iowa location while out of town on my way home back to Colorado it overheated me exactly 5 times it took me a whole week to get a auto shop under there warranty provider to look at my car. Drive time customer service real lations called me offering me an option to return my vehicle but I would not get a vehicle back in return they would just null my loan in wich I denied because it felt like I was being punished for their mistake. After finally having provider check my car at Fire Stone it was informed to me that my engine would need to be completely replaced do not go here if you have bad credit they will sell you a lemon just to get your money knowing you have limited options.
