Tameka is very knowledgeable and professional, she is very pleasant to deal with and the experience great! Only negative part of my experience was the A/C was not working and it was very hot and uncomfortable!!!!!

They are worse than JD byrider. They know you're in need of a car and they take advantage of that. Finance company is horrible and their warranty company is worse. Don't buy from there. If I could have chosen less than one star, I would have.

Great salesman terrible customer service after the fact from dealership
I was happy with Jordon and his help. However on the drive home the drivers side headlight was flickering. So I took off the next morning from work and returned to the dealership. Where someone told us they are just a dealership this is what the warranty is for. After a brief contestment and explaining we literally picked up the car right before closing the night before. The person who was assisting us told us it was a $20 bulb which he was actually right on. Which is what made this all the more ludacris. We were advised to go to a shop they contracted with. After going to that shop we were told we would have to sit all day and even then they could not promise they would get to the car until Saturday. I live 2hrs from the shop and dealership. When this was brought up to the dealership my wife and I basically felt pushed off.

I purchased a 2016 Chevy Cruze from the Iowa location while out of town on my way home back to Colorado it overheated me exactly 5 times it took me a whole week to get a auto shop under there warranty provider to look at my car. Drive time customer service real lations called me offering me an option to return my vehicle but I would not get a vehicle back in return they would just null my loan in wich I denied because it felt like I was being punished for their mistake. After finally having provider check my car at Fire Stone it was informed to me that my engine would need to be completely replaced do not go here if you have bad credit they will sell you a lemon just to get your money knowing you have limited options.
