When we went to the Cleveland store they were amazing. The SUV I really wanted was in Michigan at Eastpoint and the experience with the assistant manager was two thumbs down!!! She was driving the car I wanted it was filthy inside her crap was still in it and she was very rude!!!! There were 2 men that were great. We bought the car in August we still are on a temp tag that is about to run out!! I’ve called spoke to them still no response. I’ve left voicemails still no plates. I drove from West Virginia to Michigan to get this car and the manager acted she was doing me a favor cleaning her crap out of the vehicle. It’s been a joke I would stay away from the Eastpoint store and find the others in Michigan or better yet go to Cleveland they treat you with respect, kindness and the manager and sales team there were top of the class!! Now let’s see if I finally get a plate for my car because Ive had it!!! Well when I don’t make my car payment because I can’t drive it in 7 days then maybe someone will listen at the company!!! Can’t drive the car to work with expired plates now can I???

I will say I did get help with this issue. I spoke with Jason and Justin they both were amazing!! I did speak with Shantelle at the Eastpoint store and was updated so I do thank her. Yes we had issues but in the end she did step up and help. Sierra called she also is a manager at Eastpoint and updated me with even better information. I will now say that in the end of the chaos the problem was resolved and my plates should be here Monday Oct 7,2024. On a positive note I will say the selection of cars they have were amazing. The process was started in one state and ended in another so maybe the process would be smoother had it all been done in one state. I know by putting in a bad review started to ball rolling and that turned into a ball of fire where somebody took action and got me results. I know things happen I’m not sure what did happen and I do not care at this point it is resolved. Now if my plates are not here on Monday then I will update again. So thank you Eastpoint for coming through in the end yes Shantelle I am thanking you!!

Justin, Manny and the entire staff were great.
They go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience and even observing then with other customer they want to do what they can to help and get you what you need/want.

My vehicle is less than 60 days old and it needs an engine. Please get your vehicle inspected before signing your name.

I had planned to use my old car as a trade in but owed way too much. Instead, I was still approved for a vehicle. Processing was only long due to Internet moving slow. Thank you Drivetime!

It was very easy and mostly painless to buy a car. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Evan Hall is a gem. He helped me get my insurance all set up and helped with all of my questions.

We had the best experience with drive time. Cassie and Emeka both provided us with outstanding customer service and even stayed after hours to help us complete the process! Drove off the lot same day with a beautiful car and a great payment! Couldn’t be more happy I chose this dealership!

I went to eastpoint for drive time I told saleman I am deaf and they said have a seat I said ok I sit and wait for 30 min so I decided to leave because they not unprofessional and discrimination

The wait time was a little long because it was just the assistant manager trying to balance everything but once the team came in I pulled off

The Customer Service was Good, I just could not understand if I go to the website and apply and it states that I'm a valued customer and I don't have to put any money down but when I get to the dealership they tell me I have to put down 1,000? And then it states that my car note will be 379.00 a month but when all is done my car note is almost 500.00 a month. So the advertising is false. I was very unpleased with that . My first car I brought with Drive Time was more economical.

I like drive time they really help me find a car that I wanted. They stuck with me until I had everything I needed. When one document didn't go through with a cosigner I had to get another cosigner and I drove away with my car that day.

My experience at DriveTime was very well handed. I immediately got approved and I saw multiple vehicles for the best fitting car! Thank you Shonte and Emmanuel for helping me out
