I liked that I was already qualified…

I liked that I was already qualified before visiting the dealership. The whole process was transparent and professional. Each step of the process was explained to me, and there were absolutely no high-pressure tactics used. The price advertised is the price you pay. Period. No haggling and no unwelcome surprises.

the most superior car dealership who really gets you in the ride of your liking, I am so very thankful for Julian and the drive time team on getting me a truck that I purchased yesterday feb 13 2026 this is by far out any dealership they work with you and provide the best service. I rate right drive above 5 stars they deserve to be recognized above and beyond the stars of dealership honors. I'm a retired army vet and I salute drive time for all the support and getting me in a vehicle. professional

CRIMETIME IS MORE LIKE IT!

I purchased a 2018 Ford Edge Select in August wurh a warranty from Silver Rock to cover the engine and other parts. September the issues with the engine began. Take to the Silver Rock in-network repair shop only for Silver Rock to deny my claim because the part inside the engine that needs to be replaced isn't covered by the warranty. WTH!? Tech said the previous owner didn't do any maintenance on the SUV and the engine will eventually need replacement. DriveTime rep tells me if I wasn't happy with the vehicle, they have a FIVE DAY return policy. You gotta be kidding me! So then they basically said I should just drive the SUV until the engine blows up and then they'll replace it with a REFURBISHED one...again WTH!? So you just want me to keep paying to get a LEMON repaired?! They're in cahoots with Bridgecrest (financing) and Silver Rock (Warranty) to scam hard working people with no so perfect credit. So instead of a $500 repair with the warranty, I'm looking at $2500 and the engine still needs to be replaced! Now I'm again without a vehicle

Worked within my budget for how much I wanted to put down and showed me the selections I have. Everything went smoothly. Helped answer all my questions. Has an auto pay option and I can reduce my apr which is really helpful and it’s not much biweekly

Drive Time is the place for car buyers

Julian was an energetic and straightforward person. I knew what I was looking for and in no way did he try to sway me away from my original reason why I visited DriveTime in the first place. Very terrible vehicles only work for 6…

Very terrible vehicles only work for 6 months or less. They are a total scam i do not recommend them even if they are easy to get.in less than 6 months i spent over $1200 fixing my truck. The warranty does not cover anything i even cancelled. This goes to everyone do not go to drive tim

Our salesman was great

Our salesman was great. He asked good questions and answered all of ours. This was our first car purchase in 11 years and he did a fine job of getting us through the process. Drive Time makes the process go very smoothly and offers NO pressure at any point.
