Quick and simple transaction
The sales person over the phone was extremely quick to send me the links needed to submit my information and made my visit and arrival much more quicker without having to come up with paperwork and documents that they were able to get for me ahead of time. This gave the customer experience representative, more time to work with us and get our signatures where they were needed and a more quick and efficient process.

I was caught off guard when they saw me no warranty to a 2016 Nissan Altima not explaining that it was going to be added to my bill with interest for 72 months which came out to be 5,000 6,000 more added to the regular price so I went from $18,000 to $25,000

While purchasing these ancillary products is always encouraged due to the safety net they provide in various situations, we make it a point to ensure complete transparency when it comes to our optional add-ons. One of which ways that we strive to accomplish this goal is by providing an optional product disclosure at the time of sale. This disclosure details all the optional items available and is designed to aid our customers in distinguishing from those that are mandatory. Our customers have the option to cancel these products for a pro-rated refund that would be applied to your principal balance if any refunds due.
