Renata made my experience purchasing my 2020 Kia Soul S such an amazing experience. She was pleasant, thorough, patient when I asked questions, and immediately rectified an issue I noticed after my test drive. My vehicle is clean, smells nice, drives well and the buying experience was less than two hours. I highly recommend Drive Time if you’re in need of a dependable vehicle! All of the staff were welcoming from the online experience, to the appointment scheduling and buying experience. I’m completely satisfied overall!

Drivetime is Selling cars with Bad Engines
Initially buying the car was seamless and easy. (2021)
Fast forward 2 years later (2023)....
The car is having major engine problems!
Drivetime sold the car to me not ever providing a Carfax and the prior owner that was leasing the car did not keep up regular maintenance on the vehicle, although I did. The warranty covered the car knowing this and now the warranty is refusing to cover a used or new engine. The engine has significant sludge in the engine that several mechanics have said I couldn't have caused in the short 2 years of having it. It is glaringly obvious this had built up in engine during the lifetime of the car. They are all scammers and work together. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy! This have negatively impacted my family in so many ways. Meanwhile, I'm stuck with the car note on an undriveable car that I've only had for 2 years.

Don't Purchase from Drive TIme!!!!!
I purchased a car from Drive Time in March(2023). The car has been in the shop since then. The five days passed while the car was in the shop. Til this day, 6/26/2023 I still am not able to drive the car. I pay $600 per month plus auto insurance. The customer relations department do nothing. The silver rock warranty is so shady on what they cover. Drive Time sells shiny lemons and could careless about the aftermath. It's been 3 months of paying a car note for a car I haven't been able to drive...and Drive Time continues to say, "Let's see what we can fix on the car". I just purchased this car so why has the transmission, catalytic converter, etc required repair???? This dealership is horrible.

DriveTime was amazing!
DriveTime made it extremely easy to purchase my new vehicle, so easy I felt that maybe it was a scam. I worked with two different locations to find the car I loved.
