I THOUGHT DRIVE TIME WAS LEGIT! THE CARS ARE NOT WORTH THE MONEY. DON'T GET ME WRONG CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT, BUT I WAS TOLD BY AN EMPLOYEE THEY DON'T KNOW ABOUT THE CARS THEY SELL, THEY JUST SELL THEM. THEY MAY GET THEM INSPECTED AND ALL AND THAT'S ALL!!! DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM DRIVER TIME!!!!!!

It was was absolutely horrible my family and I have bought two cars from drive time before and both times it was a great experience but yesterday we experience some of the rudest and most disrespectful customer service from having to wait almost two hours for them to even talk to us about the price that THEY HAD WRONG EVEN AFTER CALLING THE BANK, they didn’t let us look around to see a car we would like, and lastly after they had someone look at the car they said it was completely fine and there was nothing they could do NOT EVEN FIVE MINUTES AFTER LEAVING WE GOT STUCK IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD, but they had the audacity to say nothing was wrong with the car. it was such a horrible experience please if you live in the newport news area shop somewhere else unless you enjoy feeling unheard and being disrespected

The online approval need to be amped up…
The online approval need to be amped up so that when you actually get to the lot their isn't a lot of hassle. The website don't need to ask for current income, drivers license and residency if they want you previous employment, your bank statement, your w-2, practically your whole life history. If I come to a lot and you tell me to bring one thing that's what I expect when i get there. If you're not counting my previous employment what is the use of verifying it.
