Frank was the best car salesman I have…

Frank was the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very good at what he does. I straight forward on what I wanted and he took out his little tablet and wrote down what Ivwas looking for. Less than 2 hours later, I had the car I wanted with no money out of pocket, even with a low credit score. He delivered on what he said could be done. Thank you Frank for a job well done!!!!!👏🏽😀

I recommend DriveTime

They approved me instantly. I'm still building my credit back. That in itself was amazing every one else was offering me loans at 136 on up percent literally. I was flabbergasted. I applied to DriveTime based off a recommendation from a Lyft driver . I'm glad I did. Frank Craven in Sanford at the dealership really didwkr everything painless. Just like the ad states. I was apprehensive about even buying a car much less going in there in person. To say the least this man was instrumental at makinge calm. He explained everything in great detail. Showed me everything. I've never gotten that kind of an experience at any dealership. I'm not lying. Hands down he was fabulous. And the receptionist. I never got her name like I said was very nervous. But she was such a nice person. Had a smile the entire time. Not fake either neither one of those two. Down to earth real people. My son and I left with a decent car that won't break down easily. With a decent price and interest rate. I'm very fortunate to have had such an experience. Thank you all of you who work there and the owners as well. I'm a single mother raising my son myself. Zero help. Until I walked into DriveTime. Everyone should try it out. Thanks again guys. I'm a happy client.

Reservations

Everything was great with the small exception that when your associates first contacted me after I went to your website, I was told that the vehicle that I was acquiring about would be "reserved". I was notified by your app two days later that the car had been sold. It was explained to me at the Sanford dealership that the only way a true "reservation "can be upheld is if I were to have went to the store and actually put money down on it. This was not explained online or on your app, it actually states to the contrary. This is very misleading and thus why I Went to the Sanford store and not to the West Orlando store.

Brad and Greg were absolutely wonderful and attentive. Greg provided us with the car we were looking for and his customer service skills are A+ Brad the manager greeted us upon arrival with a smile and helpful knowledge. Very Pleased with Patience and Guidance

It was an experience and it’s been a long. Frank was great with explaining and trying to get me in and out since it was 45 mins to close but he didn’t let me empty handed. Car runs perfect. I pleased about the experience and the service that him and another guy helped me with.

Buyer beware nothing but BS lieing people.

This company is full of nothing but lies. They tell you that you are pre-qualified and get you to come in. I went in on a Monday talked with the salesman. I told him that I couldn't do a deal until Wednesday when my check comes. Told him that I was on SSI and how much I made. He said everything was good. Went back on Wednesday and this time I saw a saleslady. When she looked at everything she said that I didn't qualify for a deal without a co buyer. That I don't make enough money. Ask her why her co worker said everything was good. She said she didn't know. Very poor company in my eyes. Even there website is full of nothing but lies.
