Honesty is the topic here. You weren’t honest. I bought a truck from you. I drove it 5 days and had to put it in the shop. It took them 11 days to repair it. I spent a grand on rentals. It all could have been avoidied if they had checked the truck out. I found a repair request under the seat from 3 weeks before I bought it. It was for the same issues that I put it in ten shop for. My wife and I were experiencing a very difficult situation with the total loss of my truck due to fire. I reached out to Drivetime in Tyler, Tx and met two of their representatives, Mr. Kyle Blackman and Mr. Deantae Taylor. Both gentlemen were professional, knowledgeable, and patient with me as I waffled back-and-forth between vehicles, then finally settling on the vehicle they had suggested the very first day.
It appears that our experience is unique to THIS Drivetime in Tyler and THESE young men. We were very pleased with the whole process as they helped greatly ease what was a bad and stressful situation for us.

Drive time in Tyler is sorry. They sold me 2 cars that are not worth the money they sold them for.one is out of alignment and the second has ac problems and check engine light. Yes you may have it inspected but the work that needs to be done is never done. Buy it cheap sell it high without spending money on them

If you're looking for a great car and at great price, go to Drivetime here in Tyler. Not only did I get amazing customer service I got a clean ride. I liked that the whole team works together. Deantae, Destiny, Maguel, and the Donte the manager all helped me with my questions. I'm a hand full! Not once did I feel like I was being sold something out of my budget. They worked with me on my not so good credit and got me driving away happy. So please before you sing a contract on a new ride come say hi to this team. They will blow you out of the water with their prices, selections of vehicles and their hospitality.
