Dr Mayoni has a rare ability & integrity to see & explain what was best for me during the consultation which I would have paid 3/4 times more than charged for the advice and careful treatment plan she gave me. Her consultation and holistic approach to treat my concerns were refreshing and effective, after 2 visits I can see a subtle but remarkable improvement in my skin texture, jawline and contour.. I can only wholeheartily recommend her & her team & will happily pay deposit for such care & treatment to ensure such independants with a personal & practical approach survive in a business which so often lacks integrity in this day and age..

A beautiful clinic and a very professional service!

I booked a voucher for my daughter-in-law on line. The whole process was complicated and did not send a voucher. I spoke to a female manager on the phone who was very curt and lacking in consideration that I was a 'customer'. Eventually she said she would send a voucher in the post as the online process was not working. I then received emails from a very helpful Chris Fuller, whose tone was perfect.

You can feel confident of professional advice without the hard-sell.

What a find! I love, love this place, all very professional and I always leave looking and feeling younger and glowing!

Treatments are very good. Mayoni knows her craft and I have confidence in her. An excellent range of advanced treatments offered, Normal beauty treatments available also.

I would say the front of house, booking and payment side of things is confusing. You often get through to some kind of message service and are called back. Receptionists are not knowledgeable about the treatments. There is also a policy of taking 50% deposit even for regular clients. Mayoni’s availability is limited which making booking at s convenient time tricky

Dr Mayoni is very professional but also makes you feel at ease. The staff are always very welcoming.

I really enjoyed my consultation and facial at The Clinic. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly and gave me some good advice.
My reasons for 3 stars and not 5 are:

*Price: my facial was the ‘basic’ and cost a shopping £70 and I hadn’t been warned of this beforehand. We launched straight from consultation to facial and I had no clue it would be so expensive. I didn’t even know facials could cost that much! It was good but not £70 good. This is my main reason for not going back. I just can’t afford to.
*secondly the Product recommended and stocked at The Clinic were not what I am looking for. They are clinical brands and not regular department store ones meaning I was not familiar with what they can do, and again, super super expensive and it would be hard to maintain this level of skincare.

The Clinic would be a good special treat place but not frequent for my purse.

Excellent facials with extraction and hair health advice. A super handy clinic only a few minutes walk from my home, I have been for two facials here now and each time am impressed with the treatment and how good my skin feels after. I also recently went to a drop in hair health clinic and received a free 40 min consultant with a hair specialist. This was so informative and helpful, I would highly recommend Dr Mayoni's The Clinic.

my sister is a big fan of the clinic, so i bought her a voucher for christmas, and called to ask if i could have one sent in the post rather than print it out myself at home (just so i had something a little nicer to give as a gift)...couldn't have been more helpful, and pleasant to deal with...thanks guys :)

Pleasant helpful staff. I have just purchased gift vouchers for my daughter-in-law for Christmas. Easy website to navigate and from the website I can see that there is a great variety of different treatments available.

Always get fabulous service from every member of the team. More importantly, they listen to your individual needs
