Absolutely wonderful experience
The treatment was absolutely ace
The treatment was absolutely ace, Jade was a dream and made me feel 100000x better (38 weeks pregnant right now!)
The only improvement would be on the facilities - overall the place needs a bit of TLC.

Not the full time I paid for
I definitely would have given five as I loved my massage and facial. The ladies were kind and helpful.
The problem was, I booked a massage ( 50 min) at 11:30 then a facial (30min). The massage starred at 1150 and then the facial. I was dressed and paid and got lotion and was in my car at 1:00. I hadn't realised the time until the car. That means the whole treatments time was 1 hour 5 min. It should have been 1 hour 20. I paid £100 for the treatment and £45 on a lotion. I never treat myself. But I was heading on holiday the next day and I hadnt had time to phone and ask if that was correct? Maybe the facial was a 15 min one? I was sure I booked 30 min? Even then it wasn't enough time.
As i said service great. Just not enough time? I will phone when I get back.
Thank you

The waxing technician was excellent and …
The waxing technician was excellent and very efficient. Unfortunately I have noticed though that areas of my leg were not waxed (I do not think this is down to length of hair) so I will need a further appointment.

the best massage I've ever had
Gorgeous modern salon and I'm pretty sure that was the best massage I've ever had - and I've had a few! Relaxing but also very firm and worked through all my knots, aches and niggles.

Could have been so much more
I booked one of the packages as a reward for having worked super hard on my studies for a couple of moths. I wanted two hours of pampering and total relaxation. The messages were nice, but it felt like there were too many gaps in between presses / treatment. The room was not warm enough and I could hear everything that was going on in reception. Overall the treatment was nice, but I left feeling it could have been so much more.

Waxing
Waxing is very good, lovely surroundings very pleasant staff would recommend
Fantastic make up trial and product …
Fantastic make up trial and product advice.
Skin consultation I felt like I was not relaxed as the consultant seemed really busy and on a rush. Whilst the information was comprehensive it could have been delivered in a way that didn't feel tight on time.
Dr Mayoni is absolutely fab
Dr Mayoni is absolutely fab. I had lots of moles removed and the value for money was amazing compared to the quotes I got from places on harley street. On the day she really put me at ease and took such great care of me. The whole team is lovely and have followed up lots for my after care. Would highly recommend.
I went for 80 mins massage but was shorter and no head massage..
I went for 80 mins massage to treat myself. Everything was very good - really good massage on a comfortable bed and setting. The only disappointment was that my massage lasted 73 mins rather than 80mins and didn't include head massage even tho it was stated on the website. I was not late, there before my appointment time so don't know why it was shorter. I know it's only 7 mins but it's a lot of money you pay for. Good massage tho so I give 4 stars...

Poor customer service=won't be back.
I will first say that the actual type of treatment by Environ (the collagen/anti-aging) seemed pretty good (though not well described online), and the aesthetician, Mildred, seemed skilled and cordial enough. The problem arose from the lack of clarity in the description of treatment online and the receptionist not knowing the product/treatment with which she was selling either, which led to me not knowing the extent of what I was purchasing. Then the lack of customer service to mend the situation is why I'm grading so low.
When I made the appointment I popped in and specifically asked the difference between the 1hr vs 1.5 hr treatment. The receptionist acted as if she knew what she was selling and said told me the 1.5 hr treatment was what included the neck portion and hour was the complete face facial. With that, I booked the hour appointment.
Only when I was IN the appt. (Laying down on the table, half naked) did I find out the hour treatment was just 3 spots on the face and NOT the entire face. Spots were not like the T-zone and eyes...It was literally one eye as one spot, the second eye is one spot, and then...pick one other token spot....
The website had NO indication 1hr was a quickie, spot treatment. I then had to school the receptionist on what she sold me because she admitted she had No Idea the hour treatment wasn't the whole face...All of that equals bad business, and loss of sale of the 1.5 hr. And more.
Bad customer service then sealed the fate of me not going back to this place in how even when the receptionist realized she had screwed up in not knowing the product/treatment details of what I specifically asked about to book the appt., she didn't attempt to set up the extra 1/2 hour or do something to fix her mistake. She didn't even call the manager to allow them to resolve the situation. The other end of this was the aesthetician, who, when I realized pretty quickly in the room that I wasn't getting what I thought I paid for, made NO attempt to see if I could get a little more time -which I would of course pay for. She didn't even go out to the receptionist just to double check. I've been to a lot of facials in my life and this is the first time I left feeliing really confused. It would've been one thing if I hadn't actually popped into the shop to clarify what the treatment included in order to get what I was looking for: a complete face facial. (The poor/inaccurate online description would've been the complaint at that point--which is still a problem.)
The Brits need to learn about customer service....Because people just won't come back. If one side of things fail, customer service can LITERALLY SAVE the situation!!!
5 stars would've happened, but I can't give that based on the incident. A little customer service on the spot would've had a threefold effect: 1. A larger purchase on my end. 2. Me coming back. 3. Me referring other friends. This location lost in a larger way than imagined!!! Again, Brits need to learn customer service. Period.

I don't know anything about this …
I don't know anything about this company as I have only gone there once for my consultation.
Professional and relaxing experience.
Excellent facial
I had a wonderful Environ facial with Manisha. She was very professional, worked solidly on my skin for the full session. I've had these facials in another salon where the therapist just stood by waiting for much of the time! I'm very pleased with the noticeable improvement. in my skin.
Brilliant!
Most fantastic experience lovely girls and dr Mayoni is fantastic. The results have been brilliant! Thank you!
Great little place!
Would definitely recommend the pregnancy massage.
