Very good overall
Nice staff, overall very happy with the service. I was a customer of Neroli and continue to be since it was sold and became The Clinic. If I compare my experience to the same treatments I used to get when it was Neroli, I feel it is not quite as good, both in terms of length of the treatment itself (it feels a little shorter generally) and doesn't feel quite as thorough. In addition, I feel it's missing a bit of a personal touch just insofar as tailoring to specific needs and feedback (in/ after a treatment) on voiced concerns. I'd like to stress, this is not a big negative but just a small thought I've had since The Clinic took over Neroli. I'm still happy to use it and will continue to do so going forward. Generally very happy - just worth making the points (since I received an email asking me to comment!)

I've found Milda and the team totally professional, pleasant, discreet and accommodating; they don't mind me bringing in my fold up bike! And they don't push buying the products that they use, which I find quite refreshing.

Back massage
I enjoyed an excellent back massage. Jade worked hard to make it relaxing and tackle the knots. I felt the benefit for quite some time after. I'll definitely look forward to another massage and other treatments on offer.

Amazing hot stone massage
Had an amazing hot stone massage here. Not only was it relaxing but it worked those knots out too. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. I will definitely be booking in for another massage.

Had opi gel manicure on weds 26th
Had opi gel manicure on weds 26th, so not even 1 week and this has chipped and is coming off at the edges. This is very unusual for me and given the treatment was £40 would expect more. Usually I get up to 3 weeks wear without chipping from other salons

Best pregnancy massage recieved
I thoroughly enjoyed my pregnancy massage, it was very relaxing and I found the therapist very friendly and professional. I would like the clinic to consider having a relaxation area so you don't feel rushed to leave but I understand space for this is limited.

I've now been to The Clinic on three occasions and always had fantastic treatments. The space is light and modern. The staff are polite and efficient.... and to top it all, the treatments are amazing! What a treat to have on your doorstep!
