What a very disappointing experience…

What a very disappointing experience with customer service. Ignored for days after sending an email about a product that caused some issues with my fur kids. No apology for the delay when I finally received a response which indirectly said my dogs may need to be vet checked. Then once again totally ignored when I responded and that was many days ago. Talk about a who cares type attitude imagine treating customers in such ways when they are paying good money for your products.
