I bought a tube of pure paw paw blackcurrant flavour lip balm and I need to tell you I have had a very painful mouth .this stuff is fabulous my skin is already starting to heal . I had bought so many different things before nothing has ever worked so fast and it looks like a lip gloss and tastes really nice ………also home bargains sells it half price than anywhere else

Amazing customer service! After an initial problem with the packaging of the product, I genuinely could not believe the quick response and fantastic customer service provided by this company. They have been amazing and it was all dealt with within a couple of days.

I purchased a Dr PawPaw 7 in 1 hair treatment bottle. Unfortunately the pump that dispensed the spray became faulty. I contacted customer services and received a response very quickly. Sarah apologised for the faulty product, explained that a new design had been manufactured and posted me a replacement bottle. Excellent customer service.

Faulty packaging appears to be a common issue with Dr.PAWPAW balms - I had 2 of the red tinted balms split after a couple of uses. I emailed customer service and Jessica was so helpful - replacements were dispatched straight away.
I won't stop buying the products - the tinted balms and overnight balms are holy grail products for me, but I hope they relook at the packaging soon.

Excellent customer service received by Jessica over the past few days. I have had issues with the pumps on 2 of my 7-in-one hair treatment bottles. Jessica responded to my email very quickly and is sending out replacement pumps for my bottles. Would highly recommend the product and the company for their customer service.

I bought first time from Dr pawpaw when received the items some had leaked and I emailed to raise the issue and I got a response literally in a few minutes and the next day a replacement was sent

My gorgeous PawPaw lip balm had a highly unusual manufacturing defect. These things happen occasionally but the customer service response has been fantastic. I had a response just minutes after raising the issue and a replacement product is on its way. Thank you Sarah - THE most responsive customer service experience I have had in a very long time.

I always use Dr Paw Paw and find all their products to be of good quality however I have just purchased the Shea balm at TKMaxx which is very gritty and has made my lips really sore. I have contacted Dr Paw Paw and today Katie has emailed me to say they will send a replacement balm out. Really good customer service from Katie who was most helpful. I however would still like them to have the faulty product back to see what is wrong with it.

Went To use the overnight lip balm , Room temperature wasn’t particularly cold probably 18/20°c Went to squeeze some out the top to apply and quite a percentage of a tube squirted out as a thin ribbon from a defect on the seal of the bottom of the tube. All over my hand & my bedding, et cetera. Nice product letdown by poor packaging and annoying as wasted just hoping will wash out of bedding

We emailed Dr. PawPaw to ask for any support through a donation towards our raffle for one of our charity events happening over the next couple of months.

Sarah was easy to communicate with, and provided such a great service. She let us know that the company were willing to support our small charity with a donation and stated that they would send out ‘a few balms’. We were highly grateful for this opportunity to work with them

To our surprise, we received 5 boxes filled to the brim with balms from their ranges! We couldn’t believe it. The team was overwhelmed by the support provided by Sarah and the rest of the team from Dr. PawPaw! We now have such an iconic and incredible prize to show off to our supporters, and we’re able to make up multiple prizes for both of our events hopefully raising more money to put back into the cancer world and make a difference with our small charity!
