Not a very good product
I purchased the Dr PAWPAW 7 IN 1 hair treatment spray. It's more of a cream so needs shaking really well to get it to come out of the nozzle. Despite doing this before every use the nozzle just clogs up and I could get nothing out after a couple of sprays. I also found it left my hair quite lank. Very disappointing considering it's an expensive product.

I was given a lip balm by a friend for my birthday and I put some on as it did so it also started coming out of the bottom as wasn’t properly sealed. The one application of product was lovely. The customer service was amazing, I emailed and with in the hour, Sarah emailed back asking for more information. I got back to her and she is sending me out a replacement. Great customer service.

Pleasant to wear
I have been using it for years. The tint is the right amount to wear alone or add on top of a matt lipstick. It feels light, comfortable, not sticky, and no need to constantly replenish.

I tried to order and it said 20% off and free delivery but I went to pay and the hair product final price went from £13:50 to £16:20 - it didn't explain why or give me the option to put in the 20% code.

I just wanted to say what wonderful service I received from Sarah at Dr PawPaw. A pump on the product I bought wasn’t working properly, so emailed for them for advice. They replied very promptly and in the end arranged to send me out a new pump. Great service, very fast, efficient and so friendly. I love the products and the service.

First class service today from Sarah
First class service today from Sarah. I had recently bought a hair product off an airline when returning from my holiday . When I got home the pump spray didn’t work so I e.mailed Dr PawPaw for advice and Sarah very kindly apologised and offered to send a replacement when the next stock arrives. Couldn’t ask for more and very efficient, thank you.
