Communication was prompt and timely. The trades people arrived on time with phone calls to confirm arrival.
We had a boiler replaced, a shower repaired and kitchen taps repaired.
The trades wore disposable shoe covers and used mats in the work areas so everything was kept clean. The boiler is definitely working better than the replaced one and the shower has stopped leaking.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

Arrived to do the work on time. No mess, no hassle and all left tidy once job was finished.
Communication was brilliant and the boys Tom and Jacob need a mention as they did most of the work.

We were given a quote for the work promptly, our calls were returned within 24 hours and we were kept up to date with the progress of our order and installation. The heating engineers were knowledgeable, polite, clean and tidy. They did a first class job. We were guided through the paperwork and warranties. Everything was fully explained. D.R Plumbing and heating installed a new oil boiler within a week of giving us a quote. They were very efficient and helpful with their instructions as the residents had never had to use an oil boiler before.

We have used Dyfed and his company, DR Plumbing, for several years to fit and service our boiler. DR Plumbing always respond very quickly to any issues we are experiencing and and all issues are resolved to a high standard. The customer service we have received from Dyfed and his team has been excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending DR Plumbing.

We have recently had a new oil boiler fitted and oil tank, Dyfed and Jacob were excellent, they have done a great job, we are very happy with the work from a very professional company. Would highly recommend.

We used DR Plumbing and heating to replace our old internal oil boiler for a new condensing external boiler. I fould them very professional and attentive. Dyfed quoted the next day, which I found very reasonable and it was fitted within 4 days (this was not an emergency for us and feel fairly sure that had it been, they would have do e it as soon as physically possible) The Company took care if all the post installation registrations and warranties. I needed a new oil boiler and Dyfed spent a lot of time working out and discussing the best option for type, location and price of the boiler. We finally agreed on an external Navien boiler. Installation was done very professionally and all workmanship was neat and tidy. Once installed, Dyfed fully explained how to operate the boiler and completed all the necessary paperwork to register the installation with the required authorities.

Recently moved into a new property with a very old boiler system. The team at DR Plumbing did a fantastic job of installing a brand new boiler and water tank. Moving the whole system and re piping. I had a few quotes and immediately had the trust in DRP, so went with them. They delivered as promised, great job, very professional and friendly. Highly recommended. Dont be fooled by cheaper quotes, these guys knew what they were doing inside and out, so happy with the new system.

Dyfed's knowledge is outstanding and his efficiency and professionalism make him stand out from the rest. He ensured that we understood what the work entailed and sent a detailed estimate literally the next day of all that was involved etc. Afterwards he took the time to explain what had been done, why, and how to use and even said he would ensure an email was sent when the time came for the boiler to be serviced.

Tom and Jacob, who assist him, were incredible too. Lovely, friendly lads who got on with the work with the minimum of disruption and who left the house absolutely spotless.

We are delighted to have been lucky enough to have found this firm and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Really cannot recommend them highly enough. Dyfed came out to quote within a couple of hours of my submitting a request. He followed up exactly as he said he would and we had agreed a spec, price, and install date within a matter of days.

The install was done exactly as described.

All of Dyfed, Jake, and Tom were courteous to my family and respectful of my home. No mess was left.

The result is that we now have a central heating system that we trust.

The most unexpected bonus was that Dyfed proactively addressed other plumbing issues that he spotted in our home. A dripping toilet inlet was tightened up and the cause of a terrible sewerage smell in the house has been resolved. We had tried to resolve this issue for many years and tried multiple trades people. Dyfed diagnosed and fixed the problem whilst on site and with no drama.

Again - I cannot recommend highly enough

Dyfed and his team fitted my new boiler around a year ago and it was the best decision I could have made. This is my first home so I'm new to everything. I had a few quotes from 5 other companies but Dyfeds professionalism and knowledge for what he does made his company stand out.

We had an extremely old boiler (20+yrs I think) and they came in, removed the older boiler and disposed of it, popped in my new one, at a different angle which I might add, filled in wall holes, added a digital wall thermostat, a filter and was done and dusted within the day. My house was left spotless, I was mind blown. It's all super easy to understand and use too.

Dyfed has been an excellent communicator throughout and has helped with any questions I have had since installing it. I 1000% recommend him and his team for your boiler installation, it was definitely worth every penny we spent!

Dyfed carried out a comprehensive survey to best advise which boiler would be most efficient to replace a very old oil boiler.
The work was carried out in a single day which was ideal.

Dafyd took great interest from the initial survey explaining our somewhat complicated system installed within our querky house. Not the cheapest quote but you get what you pay for. The whole DR team were friendly and efficient throughout the installation period. The new boiler and mods all work as explained. We are happy to take out a maintenance agreement. We have already recommended DR to our neighbours and they are also very happy with the works subsequently quoted and completed. A very competent contractor.
