Dyfed responded to my enquiry same day, We agreed a date for him to visit He turned up at time agreed, explained what work would be needed and promised to send me a quote. I received this by email and hard copy by post within time promised. We agreed a date for completion. Dyfed and his team arrived on day and time agreed. Work was carried out thoroughly and all tidied up on completion. went through controls and followed up with email to ensure everything was working OK
All were conscientious, polite and respectful.
Very pleased, would recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic services from a very diligent team. They worked very hard over the two days doing a boiler install, re-piping, new rad fitted and thermostatic valve installs for us. Taking the time to leave the place spotlessly clean. All the aspects of the work were discussed with us and they even spent time making sure we understood how to work the new boiler an hive system. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Great team.

They worked to a very high standard, always arriving on time and very neat and tidy work throughout the two days needed to fit the new system. Highly recommended!

Dyfed and his team installed a new oil Combi boiler for us. Right from our first contact Dyfed was friendly and professional - he took the time to explain everything in detail and arrived punctually on the dates arranged. All the work was carried out to a high standard with minimal mess. There were a couple of teething problems following the installation and Dyfed returned straight away to resolve the issues. I would not hesitate to recommend this Company.

Excellent, well run, company. Quoted a reasonable price and came to replace our boiler when they said they would. Did a neat tidy job and explained in detail everything they were doing. Left everything very clean when they finished. Thoroughly recommend.

D R Heating and Plumbing recently relocated and replaced my central heating boiler, and replaced all associated pipe work. I am not very able and was concerned about the impact of my daily life. I needn’t have worried as I received complete consideration throughout the 4 day installation process. D&R arrived when they said and worked entirely professionally. I was impressed by the care they took to clear up dust and so on before they proceed ed to the next stage.
I was extremely pleased with every thing they did, causing me negligible disturbance, even so far as allowing me to sleep in as they gained access through the garage. I would not hesitate to recommend D&R.

Excellent, professional and prompt service received from initial contact through to completion of work and after care. Dyfed and his team updated our existing heating system which included the installation of a new oil boiler, an additional radiator and several other more efficient components.
