I placed an order 14 days ago. It has not shipped. When I call I only get voicemail and have left multiple messages. The last time I finally got someone was 4 days ago. They said my order hasn't shipped because of an oversight. They said I would get a tracking number as soon as it shipped. I still have no tracking number, and only get voicemail when I call.

you cancelled my order that I really needed

Took them a week to let me know that the item I ordered was out of stock. They even charged my credit card and had to do a reimbursement.

My order was never fulfilled and I never got an explanation as to why but I did receive a refund after a couple of weeks.

Still have not received my order or response to my messags

Always have what I am looking for at reasonable prices. Local stores do not carry the Almay deodorant. This is only deodorant I can use and you all always have it. Thank you so much.

Ordered thermometers close to two weeks ago and my order confirmation/status just says "Order not yet fulfilled." I've now sent an email requesting a refund and haven't' heard back yet still. I know it's probably a very busy time for them right now, but still not impressed with their customer service and will definitely not be ordering from them again. - Drew

Took my money same day I placed the order to only wait about two weeks to than email me that they are refunding me because the item is unavailable. Very unhappy and will not place any future orders!

I ordered a product, paid for expedited shipping, upon contacting the company in regards to my order was sent an email response saying my order was cancelled and would get a refund. No explanation as to why. I really wanted the item.

I bought one Nature Made Vitamin C 1000 mg Tablets 100ct and never arrived! After 8 days I received the news: refunded. I did not ask for it. I needed the product. Your website is not reliable.

Terrible experience. Placed order but never received it. Tried several times to contact customer service through email and by phone. The company never returned my messages. Have been waiting for 3 weeks, my credit card was charged, and still no delivery. Afraid I will have to dispute the charge.

I placed, two orders, one for me and one for my parents. My order delivered but theirs was cancelled - no explanation, just an email that the status changed. I assume they ran out of stock but would have been better for them to tell me or offer a wait list.

Refunded my order! If they don't have the product, why do they advertise the product and take my money? Terrible customer service! Won't be ordering anything more from this company!
