Canceled my order without justification after 8 days of the purchase and never answered my email, asking about the status.

So - I ordered two small items that showed in-stock more than a week ago. They are still listed as "awaiting fulfillment" - no emails or contacts about my order being delayed, or being out of stock or on backorder.
Not a great experience. Not sure why I'd ever use this company for something I actually needed.

Charged me for a product that they did not have in stock. Would not answer my emails and their phone voicemail was full. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Great price on exactly what I needed, and shipping was faster than even they expected.

After my mail asking you if you ship to France and your quick positive answer, I ordered Guafenesin on march, 6th, payment debited from my bank account, march, 7th, mail telling me it's shipped, march, 10th, with a tracking number leading to FEDEX that didn't work, several mails sent to you to get an answer, still waiting for my parcel today april, 8th. LA POSTE found my parcel/letter, cleared from customs and waiting for delivery (coming from ... SWEDEN on march, 16th !!! So the tracking number is neither american nor french, but swedish) since march, 18th ! First and last time I order from DRUG SUPPLY STORE ! This abusive shipping time is added to delays due to the pandemic situation.

Horrible communication.. Do not buy from this place.

I haven't receive my items yet so I can't say I can give 5 stars so for now, service is average. Next time ask for review when you already sent out the item and has been received by the buyer. That's the proper way to do feedbacks, after service has been rendered. Thank you!

Easy ordering. Very good product, wife's been using it from them for several years. No delivery problems. Will order from them again!

Customer service sucks - voicemail is full and has been for days. I placed an order for 2 forehead thermometer. On the day I placed the order delivery was promised in 5days. No mention whatsoever that the items were back ordered. I have tried contacting them for several days and absolutely no response.

I can't use the pill holder because all the compartments don't close. I've e mailed and sent a message but have yet to hear back from anyone.

You cancelled my order after 1 wk and refunded the money.

I never received the product, and it’s paid in full. It was never shipped. I would like a full refund and I’ve asked before.
