Our customers are around the world and we ship items like OTC medicines, lotions, medical equipment, first-aid, vitamins and many more. We sell over 20,000 products from various manufacturers. Our aim is to provide quality items for the cheapest price and help customers worldwide. We call it a success, when the customer is a repeat customer.

terrible

terrible! no response from any emails regarding status of my order. will never order anything again, and will NOT recommend this site to any friends or family!

We have not received any communication…

We have not received any communication about when our items will ship, or when we will receive them. However we have been charged for them. It has been one week and it still says pending.

I will give it a few more days and then call our credit card company.

Placed a order and then received an…

Placed a order and then received an email 5 or more days saying it’s been refunded why I have no idea. I tried to online chat, call and email and gotten no response. My son needs those syringes. With our town being in isolation, this just caused another concern. Thank you very much!

Items were in stock when ordered

My order was confirmed, my card was charged, but subsequently the items were out of stock before they shipped my order – but they took my order and charged my card immediately before shipping anything out. Clearly they have no inventory management system, or at least not tied to their order system! Almost two weeks later they refunded the charge and canceled my order. Very bad business practices.
