Druk Asia gave us very good advice about the planning of the trip and once in Bhutan everything went well. The service, the guide, drivers, car, were impeccable.

Bhutan is one of the places that is on my travel Bucket List and hence when my husband and I had the opportunity to finally make this happen, I did a lot of research on the travel agencies which we should consider. DrukAsia consistently appeared with the most favourable reviews from their clients so I decided to give it a try. Needless to say, I wasn't disappointed. Ugyen Dema, the travel advisor, was responsive and easy to communicate with (mind you this was done all over email from start to finish!) where she was very patient with my queries and shared unbiased opinions on her suggestions from hotels to activities to do during our 7-day long trip there as we work on customising the trip. The visa processing, flight booking and finalising of the itinerary prior the departure went smoothly. When we arrived in Bhutan, we were warmly welcomed by our guide Dorji Wangchuk and driver Khelzang who were with us throughout our trip - and they played a big part in making this trip memorable and delightful from start to the day we leave for Singapore. Dorji was knowledgeable, attentive, and passionate about sharing Bhutan’s culture, history, and traditions. He ensured that we were comfortable at all times and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and preferences. For example we wanted to try the different Bhutanese local cuisines and he made sure that we got our fair share, he organised a riverside meal and also ensure that we have our own time to explore the town. Our driver, Khelzang, was equally wonderful—always professional, punctual, and made us feel safe and comfortable on every journey, even on winding mountain roads - so comfortable that my husband always fell asleep during the drive! All in all, we would like to thank DrukAsia and Soultrips for making our trip memorable and fun. We highly recommend DrukAsia and Soultrips for anyone visiting Bhutan. We can't wait to come back and explore the remaining parts of this beautiful country :)

Bhutan is a beautiful and mystical country, very different from many countries we have visited, as there are no high rise buildings and also no traffic lights. Most of the time, we are surrounded by breathtaking views of greenery and rolling mountains. Very peaceful and calming to the mind.

Our guide, Dorji was very knowledgeable on the history and culture of Bhutan and is able to articulate these facts clearly in English. He also handles all the logistics i.e lodgings, food, itinerary very well, to ensure our stay in Bhutan is a memorable one.

Our driver, Jinpa is a very good and safe driver, as the roads can be quite dangerous at times. He is very friendly and helpful in making us feel comfortable throughout the trip. He even help carried my backpack when we track up to Tiger Nest.

Overall, we had a great and wonderful time in Bhutan. Thanks to everyone including Ugyen (Singapore office) who helped in the planning of our trip to Bhutan.

I just finished an amazing 11 day solo adventure with 3 great people that I will carry in my heart for a lifetime. I wanted to thank Mr Sangay for organising my trip and 2 great drivers Tashi and Sonam. It has beed so much fun. The biggest thanks to Jigme Zangpo (aka Jigme Norbu) who has been the best guide I could have wished for. He always knew when it's jokes time and when it's my introvert time 😊 Always tailoring to my needs (mostly looking for the best traditional bhutanese food for me 😁), beeing so flexible and caring. He honestyly carried me thru Taktsang mentally. I am forever grateful 🥰

I truly enjoyed my trip in Bhutan, a truly magical place. From the get go in planning the trip, Mr Sangay was very proactive in helping me to arrange and accommodate our requests for lodging, flights and itinerary customisation. On arrival, we also had a lovely and professional guide Mr Choki, who was very passionate and dedicated in patiently explaining Bhutanese culture and history to us and making sure we ate well, as well as our very reliable and friendly driver Mr Sonam who happily joined us on our hikes as well. Both of them took great care of us and had a great sense of humour that made the trip all the more enjoyable and memorable. Though it was a short 7-day trip, it was an immensely gratifying one which only makes us want to visit again someday. Very efficient from start to end. Perfectly organized tour

Druk Asia organized the tour seamlessly. Upon our arrival at Paro Airport, our guide, Choki, and driver, Tsering, welcomed us warmly and took excellent care of us throughout the trip. They brought us to fascinating locations and were very flexible in accommodating our requests for places we wished to visit. Choki was highly knowledgeable, and we received thorough, insightful explanations. The food was superb, and the accommodations were outstanding.

Our seven-day private tour of Bhutan by DrukAsia / SoulTrips was nothing short of extraordinary, made truly unforgettable by the incredible care and attention of our personal guide Lhendup and our dedicated driver Kuenga.

From the moment we arrived, everything was seamlessly organized, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in Bhutan’s breathtaking landscapes, rich culture, and peaceful rhythm of life.

What stood out most was the genuine warmth and thoughtfulness of our guide. Lhendup was not only deeply knowledgeable about Bhutan’s history and traditions, but also remarkably intuitive—always knowing when to share insights and when to simply let us take in the beauty around us. Lhendup even took the initiative to alter our tour itinerary and incorporated a visit to a microbrewery with a nice view of the airport runway once he found out that I’m into craft beers.

Kuenga, our driver was equally exceptional, driving with great care and confidence along Bhutan’s winding mountain roads, always making us feel completely safe. The car was kept immaculate throughout the journey, Kuenga even wakes up early in the mornings to wash the car in chilling water and weather just to keep the car clean and ready. His personable, polite and calm demeanor added a reassuring presence every single day.

The highlight of our trip, however, was a truly special surprise they helped arrange: a private surprise birthday dinner party for my wife. Without us suspecting a thing, they coordinated every detail - from the stunning night view and settings (they booked out the ENTIRE bar/venue for just the two of us) to the unbelievable ambiance - gorgeous bouquet of flowers, surprise birthday cake, balloons and candles, and topped it off with a sumptuous meal. Creating a magical evening we will never forget. It was intimate, beautifully executed, and deeply meaningful.

Their effort went far beyond professionalism; it was heartfelt and personal. They took the time to get to know us, understand us, anticipate our needs, and create moments that felt uniquely ours. This level of dedication transformed an already beautiful journey into something deeply memorable.

If you are considering a private tour in Bhutan, I cannot recommend this experience highly enough. It’s rare to encounter such sincerity, care, and pride in service—and it made all the difference.

The Bhutan mountains were absolutely beautiful, the scenery stunning and the temples so serene and peaceful. My guide and driver were both attentive and friendly and very informative. They both made my visit very enjoyable. The organization had everything planned extremely well and made this trip very memorable!

I had an excellent experience in Bhutan. My tour guide, Ms. Ugyen Tshom, was professional, kind, friendly, and caring throughout the trip. She always made sure I felt safe, well guided, and comfortable, and her presence made a big difference to my overall experience.

The booking process with Drukasia was easy - they formed an itinerary based on what we wanted to do and where we wanted to go in Bhutan. We had an excellent guide and driver. Nothing was too much trouble. Extra things were added to our itinerary as we went along.

The service from Guide(Tashi Yangchen) and the driver(Sonam Penjor) has certainly made my trip memorable. Tashi is caring and knowledgable despite being relatively junior to the industry. She’s passionate about her work and keen to share the stories behind each Buddha masters/ Scholar, the temple, fortress etc, and help translating my questions to the local monk/ care taker and the answer, which helps me understand the rich culture in Bhutan. Not to mention she has taken good care of me during the Bumdra trek when the weather was terrible.
Sonam is a very good driver and know the route inside out and he’s very careful when driving. I also considered him as my second guide where he explained the practice/ culture from his home town which is different from Tashi, and further enrich my understanding of this beautiful nation.
Both Tashi and Sonam also respect my preference to connect with the locals and embrace the local culture (e.g. during Paro Tshechu). They will maintain a safe distance from me such that I can interact with local kids, elderly which made the trip more memorable and long lasting. Bhutan surely will have a profound impact on my life and how I see things going forward!

This was the second time visiting Bhutan with DrukAsia and now we went more east in the country. The guide and driver were excellent, they were flexible and showed initiative to adapt the travel itinerary towards our needs and weather conditions. We had fantastic hikes on the Trans Bhutan Trail organized by our guide Sonam. The Paro festival was definitely another unforgettable highlight,

The tour guide Kinley and his driver have been very accomodating to our request and they helped us to carry our bags for the tiger nest hike. We can change our lunch and dinner preference. Service was stellar from start to finish! Sonam, my booking agent, always got back to me and my many questions within 24 hours. He was never pushy about trying to sell me anything. When my trip was in jeopardy with the war n the Middle East, he helped me to book flights through Bangkok and even helped facilitate my refund for the difference in fare. Once I got there, I had such wonderful, attentive service from Chencho and my driver, Sonam, that I felt so safe and well-taken care of. Chencho was an amazing guide who was able to position me into places to have the best experience. Sonam was always there to drive us to the next adventure. I could go on and on about how amazing this trip was, but you’ll just need to book to see for yourself! I 1000% recommend this company.

I had the best time, although it didn't start as smoothly as planned. I had a different tour guide for the first 2 days because of some oversight.
Karma was a good tour guide. I cannot complain.
But Ugyen was outstanding. He really took care of my every need and made sure I understood the itinerary completely. He always kept me company and kept.me safe, esp. when we went to Tiger's Nest.
In addition, he is also very knowledgeable of Bhutan history and made me experience customs locally practiced like eating with my hands and introduced me to the practices of Buddhism. Now I have a better understanding of Buthanese culture.
Sayang was an excellent driver navigating the narrow streets of Bhutan. We felt safe along the zigzag roads. At times he also explained the Bhutanese way of life. He is also very caring and made sure he was available to help in any way he can. Since parking was sometimes difficult due to increased traffic from the Paro Festival, he would drop us off close to the entrance, then park at a distance, but would be available immediately when we finish visiting any of the temples or museums.
I thoroughly enjoyed my trip and highly recommend this to everyone.
There is so much to learn about the country. The people are so nice and it feels very safe.
