The tour was wonderful. Guide and driver were excellent, we were able to visit all of the places on my itinerary, the food was delicious and I was able to experience the magical feeling of beautiful Bhutan!

I have been wishing to visit Bhutan since reading about it over 30 years ago, so I did come into this trip with high expectations. As impossible as it sounds, our trip to Bhutan exceeded what I thought possible. Our guide and driver (Tashi and Sangay) were simply incredible. They constantly sought out ways to make us enjoy our trip even more, from adding additional excursions that were not on the initial itinerary that they thought we would enjoy, to finding snacks and drinks in the local markets that were based from what we liked to have, they were always upbeat, positive, and great to experience Bhutan with. They even surprised us with a "Happy Wedding" cake during one of our breakfasts on a mountain pass (we told them this was our belated honeymoon trip). The hotels we stayed in were very comfortable and the organization of what we did during our 10 day trip felt made it feel like not a moment was wasted. We weren't even finished with our trip, and we were already thinking about returning to explore different areas of Bhutan next year. Thank you Tashi and Sangay for making our trip the most experience we could have ever imagined.

I had an amazing 14-day cultural and nature-filled journey, thoughtfully planned from start to finish. From receiving two beautiful sets of Kira to experiencing the Royal Highland Festival, and exploring the rest of Bhutan at my own pace, every moment was truly special.

A big thank you to my dedicated and thoughtful guide, Chencho, and my safe, reliable driver, Kinga. The hikes up to Laya and the drives along winding mountain roads were scenic and enjoyable — I didn’t experience any altitude or car sickness at all, which is truly impressive!

Some of my favourite highlights:
• Laya Royal Highland Festival — an immersive, colourful, and deeply cultural experience with the highlanders. I was incredibly honoured to have the opportunity to speak with His Majesty, Her Majesty, and the Prime Minister.
• Punakha Dzong — one of the most majestic and breathtaking dzongs I’ve visited.
• Bumthang — beautifully tranquil, with a peaceful and memorable valley picnic.
• Gangtey — stunning landscapes, stargazing during the meteor shower season, and a fun hike with the fabulous SoulTrip team filled with laughter. I was genuinely touched by the warm and thoughtful hospitality at Taj Gangtey.
• Thimphu — the lively heart of commerce. Drunken Yeti, a little gem in town, absolutely rocks!
• Paro — the sacred Tiger’s Nest, a truly spiritual and grounding experience.
• Haa — peaceful and charming in its own quiet way.

A huge shout-out to Ugyen, who was incredibly resourceful and planned the entire itinerary with so much care. And to Joni, Ugyen, and Lizam — thank you for all the laughter, giggles, and fun. Chencho’s attentiveness and humour made every day even more enjoyable.

Thank you all for the unique Bhutanese hospitality and for taking such wonderful care of me. I returned home with a mind full of fond memories and a heart overflowing with gratitude.

It was a breathtaking journey through Thimphu, Punakha, Gangtey and Paro. We experienced the beauty/peaceful of this incredible county and its people. Our guide is very knowledge in guiding us throughout our travel. Both of our guide and our driver were very attentive, caring and to ensure our safety throughout the travel.
We enjoyed our hikes and visits to the Dzongs. They are impressive. The photos we took do not do justice to what our eyes saw. Our highlight was the hike to the Taktsang Monastery (Tiger Nest). It was a little bit tough hike because of the stairs we had to climb, but we were pleased to make it all the way to the monastery. Our guide reminded us not to rush and to take our time. It has a stunning view of the Paro Valley from the monastery. It was an unforgettable trip. This is one of the most favorite trip.

Choosing Druk Asia was a decision I never once regretted. From the very first inquiry to the completion of our adventure, every step was handled with care, precision, and promptness. The team’s timely and meticulous responses made planning effortless and stress-free.

I’d like to express my deepest appreciation to the wonderful team who ensured our safety throughout, and especially to our guide, Tshewang, who went far beyond our expectations. Their sincerity, sense of fun, and strong sense of responsibility made the entire journey truly memorable.

What stood out most was the team’s flexibility and thoughtful approach. When plans had to change, every decision was made through open discussion with us, ensuring that we could enjoy and accomplish as much as possible while keeping safety and sensible alternatives in mind.

Above all, I was deeply touched by their teamwork and compassion, especially during the most challenging moments when my buddy and I were affected by altitude sickness. Their calm, coordinated support and genuine concern reminded us that we were in the best possible hands.

Itinerary is well-organised and has a good mix of culture and scenery attractions. The guide explained many cultural and religious elements very well.

The final hike up the Tiger's Nest was tough but worth it for the beautiful views.

From the start, DrukAsia customer service has been helpful and prompt in itinerary recommendation and queries etc.
When in mountain, our awesome guide Ugyen Tenzin provided us with a trip full of nice surprises, enjoyable and fun. There are many happy activities, and the most memorable was in Bumthang valley. We met and chatted with local, pear picking and eating fresh sunflower seeds from the sunflower along the way and even sing in their local Karaoke with Ugyen. Bhutan is indeed a land of happiness, and we are grateful to have Ugyen Tenzin has a guide. All of us bring back positive vides, joy and cheerfulness. This is my 2nd trip to Bhutan, and I hope to be able to go back for the 3rd time for different experience with Ugyen Tenzin, our beloved guide again.

Very organised pre trip briefing and guide and driver were the most helpful and attentive throughout the trip. Our guide Dorji wangchuk is very knowledgeable and given us much insights into the bhutanese culture religion and geographical information. He is also quite knowledgeable about flora and nature as he previously work as a guide and that was add on information that makes our trip enjoyable.
The driver is very experience and attentive to our discomfort for winding road. And bringing us from place to place safely and at good timing.

On Oct. 13, 2025 two women at the Druk Airways counter in Dhaka airport assisted us to regain our visas which we had mistakenly left behind at the hotel. They made phone calls and arranged for a pickup of visas so we would not miss our flight. They were outstanding in their service. The flights overall were pleasant.

My time in Bhutan was amazing and special and a once in a life time experience! My Guide Ashi and Driver Gen were one of the most amazing people I could have had with me while I was there on my own. Ashi knew all the history and facts about the country and was able to fill my brain up with soooo much knowledge about Bhutan and its people. All the Bhutanese people were super nice they all do what they can to make your service impeccable! Thank you again for this beautiful experience it’s something for everybody to see!
