We have recently ordered canvas prints in Drukwerkdeal.nl. Unfortunately, we made a mistake with the order and got something else that we wanted. We asked for explanation of what happened and Drukwerkdeal.nl came across our problem and explained everything. Additionally, we have received discount voucher for the next order. The customer service was very professional and nice even though the situation was difficult.

I was given the wrong information by one of the employees on the chat. Because of that I sent my files 2 hours too late for the next day delivery, which I had paid extra for. So the flyers did not arrive in time for what I needed them for. Therefore I'm very disappointed and unhappy with the service.

I am using Drukwerkdeal since along time and i never face any miscommunication from the company and specially from his live chat. I found very creative representative with complete product knowledge. That's why i dedicate them a slogan is "Great People, Brilliant Service".

I purchased next day delivery, was told you needed a new file by 3pm and supplied it by 2.30pm ... only to then be told the lady didn't read her emails, so had to wait until after the weekend for the delivery. Very unprofessional and a major inconvenience.

On the upside, the product was very good.

* you didn't discount, you just refunded the money for not fulfilling what was expected. I still paid for a delivery which didn't reach me when expected, due to your bad communication and internal process.

Sorry to say but this lack of responsibility for your fault, makes an even worse impression.

I definitely recommend working with Drukwerkdeal. I would like to especially thank Jeffry, Marian and Cynthia for their professionalism, for their excellent customer service skills and for all the help they provided with our orders. Each time I had questions about orders, it took them really short to reply back, and they even called me when needed. It's nice to work with someone that you trust, that is proactive, and that always finds proper ways to solve everything.
We are working with them for more than 3 years and we will continue ordering from them. We have ordered various items: flyers, brochures, drink vouchers, back walls, t-shirts and other items which we are satisfied with.
PS: I also love the way designs are uploaded into the account and that they are always providing information about the formats required; having such a complex account is really useful for us as a company.

Great support in helping finalize the design of the products and matching brand colours.

The price was good. The only two problems that I have are the endless e-mails that I got after I placed the order. And the second one, was the color black on my stickers. Was not exactly rich black, but I found out that there are some setting to make for rich back. So now I am trying also with different setting.
