We bought this dehumidifier on the recommendation of a friend . We are certainly not disappointed, this little machine has made such a huge difference to our bungalow. No longer the condensation problems on the windows and the place seems warmer and drier already. Unbelievable how much water it takes out of the air. We are extremely pleased with our purchase.

we bought a paraffin heater that works without mains electricity and so far it seems neat and appears to work well. the service from Dry it out was excellent in all but one respect - the heater came quickly and with very useful free fuel - and the delivery was free which was nice, but the heater required batteries which were not included. If this had been made clearer than I could have bought some in advance and I wouldn't have been stuck up a chilly hill with a heater that couldn't be used. Seems odd to include free fuel if one simple component is not included. Other than this minor matter, everything was excellent.

Amazingly fast delivery. Needed to exchange the product for a different machine, customer service was great. I found them incredibly helpful. New machine due tomorrow and collecting the old one at the same time.

I would recommend using this retailer as the order process from start to finish was extremely easy, they guarantee next day delivery provided you order before 2pm, however I received a phone call from them saying that they had just missed the collection van and that my order would be delivered the following day, this was still agreeable and I was pleased that they had informed me of the change it also gave me the opportunity to ask a few questions regarding my purchase, the genetleman that I spoke to was very helpful and gave very useful information.

Eryprompt service what a machine we have student let's and they love to dry clothes in the house and breed mold! Plugged this machine in and in one afternoon it made such a difference! 24 hours aerit was like a new pre student house! We have also got other brands this is far far superior!!

This dehumidifier seemsvery sturdy and neat looking. I ordered it one lunch time, it arrived early the next morning. Plugged it in and has been going eversince taking out litres of water from my very damp house. It is slightly noisy, you wouldn't want to sleep in the same room but by moving it around on its castors to rooms not in use it works perfectly.

Our house was struggling with high humidity and I began researching on dehumidifiers. There are lots of them available on the market and I came across the Mitsubishi MJ-E14CG-E1 Dehumidifier. This unit ticked all the boxes, however, the price was a concern. After much debate, I decided to the plunge and went for it. I chose to order it from DIO as they are a Mitsubishi distributor and offered a very competitive price. I also liked their website, which was very informative. Once, I placed the order, delivery was very quick with good communication. As for the unit, if you need a dehumidifier, this would be a very good choice, it well built, has good features, unobtrusively quiet (blends in with background noise nicely) and performs really well. We now have nice comfortable house within a few days, we cannot believe the amount of water that we poured out in the first few days.

We've had various dehumidifiers for 20+ years and this by far the best I have used. It wasn't the cheapest but it works by far better than any other I have tried. It will probably pay for itself over its lifetime through its efficient working. The "Intelligent Laundry" does just what it says in the manual and dries a full load in a room in under 2 hours for 6p! It is quiet as well as efficient.
Buying from Dry it Out was easy, they were very keen on price, and as it was near to Christmas (5 weeks away???), it was delivered next day on a Saturday.

The service offered by the company was as good as I have ever experienced. I was kept informed every step of the way until the unit was delivered to my door. It is early days yet to say definitely that the unit has cured my condensation problem but I suspect that the amount of moisture it has already extracted will make a significant difference.
