With all the recent publication about online transactions, bogus companies etc I approach using the internet for purchasing good with some caution. However, I am so glad I went ahead with Dry It Out Ltd. From the moment I pressed the key to place the order the service was excellent. I was kept informed of each stage, which was so reassuring, and I was given a delivery slot of an hour which was faithfully kept. I wish they sold other items as I would feel totally confident in using their services for any electricals etc. The dehumidifier I bought is exactly as described and has been doing its job happily for the last couple of days. We ordered a paraffin heater and it arrived on the delivery date. A very prompt service, we were kept updated on the progress of our order.

Delivered as arranged. Used product immediately in garage and it took the humidity down from 80% to 55% in about 4 hours. Very impressed. Keeps humidity down to 60% when self condensing dryer operating otherwise up to 75%. Bike clothing and cardboard boxes all now noticeably drier.

This was to replace a very old dehumidifier, and not only is it lighter to move around but much more efficient. The delivery was within 24hours of ordering, well impressed.
