I bought this for my daughter as she had very bad problems with condensation and mould last winter. Although due to the warmer weather and having windows open and washing drying outside etc the dehumidifier is still collecting over 2litres a day easily so am very hopeful for the coming winter months.Excellent so far

Our Tenants have had a lot of dampness caused by condensation, hence walls and all getting mould on. We purchased the WDH21HB Dehumidifier, unpacked and plugged in in seconds. Within 24hours the tank was filled one and a half times. Very efficient product and worth every penny. Would certainly recommend this unit.

Does exactly what it is designed to do. Even dries washed clothes very efficiently. Direct drain via hose included or automatic switch off when easy removal tank is full. Recommended 5*

Bought mostly for the laundry drying facility, on the recommendation of a friend. Have only used once due to the unexpected arrival of of that big yellow ball in the sky, It is August in Wales after all, ha ha! However I can see that it will be a godsend in the winter months. Delivery was very quick and efficient, arrived the day after I ordered.

Gave good advice on a replacement for a discontiued humidifier and received the new product next day !

Excellent service. I have bought from this company before and have bought here again because of the service and quality of products not to mention good prices. It was easy to organise delivery for a certain day when ordering online, I got a confirmation email detailing my delivery request and delivery came when expected.
I bought this dehumidifier as I have had one for 3.5 years and ran it day and night, It has extracted a full 6L every day. OK it's failing now but compared to other dehumidifiers I've had it was amazing.
I recommend this company and won't be going anywhere else myself!

As I was unsure of which product to buy, I sent an email detailing what I had to deal with. The answer was immediate and perfectly clear.
I placed the order which arrived spot on time and the product is superb.

The only comment I have is: some guide lines on average settings would help in the instructions.

well what do i say well delivery was very quick, item was secure.
so from opening box to reading manual to set up took 10 mins. found a suitable area to position heater inverter 5006 it works beatifully this room has never been so warm its always cold damp and you can never get warm.
the property i live in has all electric heaters of storage type, so it murders the electricity so refused to use these. i am still running my first 4 liters of fuel and that is about a week now, i use my heater to maintain a constant heat set at 21c it uses a bit of fuel at first to get to that temp then only whats needed after that to keep the temp level perfect.
the company. absolutely flawless item ordered email confirmation given and receipt. tracking information sent delivered on appointed time all other online company's could do with looking at DRY IT OUTS business model and try to emulate it as this is how online shopping should be so everything is and was fine and dandy. A+++++
