I bought a new 5096 inverter heater to replace my old one.
I cannot fault the service in any way at all and the heater even came with 4 x 4 ltr tubs of paraffin. Other sites had the same price for the heater alone.

The dehumidifier is compact and is very quiet when running. It is good to look at and with the wheels very easy for me to move around if/when necessary.

The delivery was as and when planned and although didn't meet the driver, spoke to him on the telephone re directions. He was very pleasant.

To start with Dry it out web site is great ,it gives you all the information you need to best choose what appliance to buy . Ordering was no problem either and the deal for the extra fuel was great. The only down side was the courier company used by Dry it out ,( in this case it was APC ) they were supposed to come on Thursday ,then Friday in the end it was delivered on Monday . This was ok by me as I am home every day ,but if you where having a day off to wait for delivery ,you'd be a bit miffed. Dry it all use another courier company that delivers on time .

This is a great company to deal with. I have been doing business with them now for many years and have purchased 3 of their desiccant dehumidifiers for use in my workshop and wood drying store. I am a wood sculptor and need a dry workshop at all times and the dehumidifiers also help dry out the wood and keep it in a stable condition.

They are also very helpful on the phone and will only sell you the appliance that is suitable for you, even if it is cheaper than the one you thought you needed (which is what happened to me!).

It was a refreshing change to deal with a company who not only did what they said but were friendly and efficient. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I bought a 16 litre pack 4x4 litres of paraffin extra for my collection of old oil lamps I found it to be very clean burning and virtually odour free, My order arrived the next day as promised, I will be buying more.

I ordered a Paraffin heater in the early afternoon on a Friday, and it arrived before 9am the next day. Admittedly I did pay for a Saturday delivery slot, but the service was excellent and with very good communication. I would definitely recommend Dry It Out Ltd to anyone.
