Stop harrasing me!!!

I sold my DS earlier this year and have been getting texts ever since asking me sort the recall. I have said it so many times: I DON'T OWN THE CAR!!

I have spoken to my local branch, a different branch, a different different branch, DS Sales, Citroen Sales, DS Customer Service, Citroen Customer Service, DS Vehicle Service, Citroen Vehicle Service, anyone I can think of asking them to delete my phone number. No one can help me!

Got another text this evening, so called Citroen once again, who told me to call 0800 093 9393, who told me to call 0800 877 8455, who told me to call 0800 093 9393, who told me to call 0800 877 8455, who told me to call 0800 093 9393, who told me to call 0800 877 8455, who told me to call 0800 093 9393, who told me to call 0800 877 8455, who told me to call 0800 093 9393, who told me to call 0800 877 8455, who told me to call 0800 093 9393, who told me to call 0800 877 8455, who told me to call 0800 093 9393, who told me to call 0800 877 8455, who told me to call 0800 093 9393, who told me to call 0800 877 8455. I'm going in circles!

Had someone put me on hold then hang up! Even had someone pretend that they couldn't hear me, so they could hang up and not call me back; I can hear myself through the phone!

This is insanity! Stop texting me!! What's worse is the texts are getting vaguely threatening, saying that I might be killed if I don't deal with the recall.

This is worse than having a toxic ex - LOSE MY NUMBER AND NEVER CONTACT ME AGAIN!

I am so disappointed with DS customer…

I am so disappointed with DS customer service. I bought my DS3 in 2016, so I’ve been caught up in the airbag recall situation. The earliest I’m able to get an appointment for replacement is 30th September. I am apparently on a list for a courtesy car, but I have had to struggle to even get that much information out of their customer care line. There is no offer of compensation or recompense for the time I’ve spent without a car. My work is a 45 minute drive from my home and I don’t know how I can manage for the next three months. This company does not care.

I am totally disappointed with my DS7

I am totally disappointed with my DS7. Trully and sincerely..... slow software, functionslities a lot but not really throughly tested and secure... one month before its first service chrck( e.g. the car is less than 1 year old) the cimputer is full with errors and the car is not to drive....
Disappointment for the money you pay.!

DS customer service is dreadful.

DS customer service is dreadful.
They didn't do a product recall when they knew there was a fault with certain cars, but waited for them to break down.
They did replace the faulty part but they did not offer any compensation for any out of pocket expenses incurred due to the breakdown. Shocking service.

DS7 La Premier PHEV

DS7 La Premier PHEV. The car is great, comfortable, responsive, drives well and turns heads. My problem is connecting to the MyDS app. This should allow me to "manage" charging and climate control remotely. I have tried on 3 different phones and on a PC. The app loads, I register the car but I cannot activate my vehicle. The dealer has tried and failed, I have contact customer support and have a case number, but the app still does not work.

DS3 Crossback e-tense Electric

DS3 Crossback e-tense Electric. Bad car in winter, it loses 50% energy if you drive ECO. approximately 150 km. Promised 318 km. The car has many problems and the converter has been changed, the car was 1 year and 6 months old. Hoses and pipes for cooling under the car have been changed 3 weeks to find the fault, big bill, no warranty. Several times the car stops and has to be driven to a workshop without them being able to find a fault.
