Victoria and her team are accommodating and supportive of our business. Guests frequently comment on how clean the house is and I am always pleased to pass the compliments on to them.

Do not use this company for any property that is equal to or less than a 2 bedroom flat. They will quote you a payment for the MAXIMUM time required insisting that if they finish earlier it will show in the invoice. They quoted a time of 15 hrs max when a property this size should have taken half of that at most.

3 cleaners arrived at the flat,said a quick hello and as I proceeded to ask them questions about the timings and areas of cleaning they continued to ignore me.

The invoice then proceeded to ask for this maximum amount even considering that there were still:
Calcium deposits in the bath
Areas in the bathroom sink left unlceaned
Stains and marks still in the kitchen sink
Water marks left in the en-suite shower.

From the start, easy booking service which allows you to adjust your quote to your property cleaning requirements. I was able to talk to a person from the company to be assured what I wanted would be carried out.
I was able to book an exact time slot as we were completing a house purchase and wanted the property fully cleaned before we moved in. They even offered to collect keys from the estate agency.
The professional staff wore their face masks.
They were very polite and the standard of work was excellent. They worked non stop and the property was immaculate when they finished.

OMG, what a fantastic job. Had the whole house done by 2 lovely ladies Maria and Asuna. The house has never looked as clean, windows and floors shining. Bathroom and kitchen sparkling. Such an amazing price. I will 100% be using Diamond Shine again.
