We had a disappointing experience with DS Colour Labs when printing our wedding photographs. Despite using a professional wedding photographer, the photos came out significantly darker than expected and were not the quality we had hoped for.

Unfortunately, when we raised the issue, DS Colour Labs and the photographer blamed each other, leaving us caught in the middle with no satisfactory resolution. It was incredibly frustrating and upsetting, especially as these photographs are such important memories for us. Overall, we were very disappointed with the service and how the situation was handled.

This week I needed some mounted laminated prints for a festival this weekend. There was a bit of a misunderstanding about how soon they would be delivered but as soon as I rang and spoke to Andy, the team really pulled out all the stops to make sure they arrived in time. I have placed previous several orders with them usually got no problems or either can be solved within few email conversations. I have placed 2 orders lately with larger fine art prints. The previous one was 3 weeks ago and still got nothing delivered. They responded to me randomly that has been delivered. The order status still shown not yet shipped and I have nothing about tracking. I put the same remark for my current order they have no problem with the previous one but have problem with the current one which annoys me. The customer service is random. You don’t guarantee to get a genuine reply even if I am a loyal customer have spent thousand of pounds.

I genuinely am blown away by the quality of my prints, the fact that (on the more expensive delivery) they came next day and they were boxed rather than rolled up.

The company were recommended by a friend and honestly, if you're wanting enlarged prints, they are a fraction of the price of some other companies but the quality and service is so much better.

I ordered a print 40x40cms. I wasn’t even sure I had ordered the correct thing as I’m not an expert on graphics and finish’s. I was soo pleased when it arrived. It was perfect! The quality and the colours are amazing and I’m looking forward to ordering more prints.
Delivery was prompt and packed well.

I'd been looking for a reasonably priced A4 image printing provider. After spending hours going through instant print websites which kept coming up in searches and are totally unsuitable I stumbled across DS Colour Labs. Thank goodness I did. Good price, good quality, and 24-hour turn round. Just what I was looking for. Well done!

Ordering was straightforward and delivery prompt. Unfortunately one of the images had marks on it. Response to communication was prompt and the image was replaced within a matter of days. Is was a pity about the marks but the images were of the high quality I had been anticipating. I placed another order and experienced the same excellent service and no marks this time.

I order a 12x8 print of a picture as a gift. I've had a few copies made of this image over the years and quality has varied - it's a good sized image and suitable for enlargements, but printers don't always produce the expected result.

I am extremely pleased with the product from DS Colour Labs.

The print is beautiful, colours exactly as hoped, details very clear - the whole thing is high quality.

Dispatch was fast - ordered Tuesday and in my hands by Thursday.

My print was on Fine Art FB Gold Silk and I will definitely be coming back for some more prints when I've sorted out all my files.
