When I ran into problems getting my return authorized by the automated online system, I contacted dsquared2 customer service at their email address. I received a prompt reply from Rebeca Manihuari, and she continued to personally reply to me until my return was authorized and my issue was resolved. She treated me like a fellow human. Thank you for your help, Rebeca! (And I quickly spent about half the value of my refund on another dsquared2 purchase. 😅)

I had ordered a package on Dsquared as a Christmas gift, but unfortunately never arrived. The package was supposed to be delivered by Fedex. It took a very long time and through Tracking I could see that the package was somewhere in the warehouse at Fedex for days... until one day it said that the package was delivered, when it wasn't at all. Also on the "proof of delivery" there was no signature or even a decent address listed. I contacted Dsquared and got in touch with Diaz Katsunori. He was very friendly and tried to help me the best he could. The process took a long time (maybe because of the holidays) and even though I never received the gift, Diaz kept me well informed of the situation and refunded the amount paid. I am satisfied with the service!

Ordered item and did NOT receive it!
FedEx claim to have delivered but no signature or photographic evidence of it being delivered to my address I also did not authorise for item to be left in the first place!
After over 6 weeks of back and fourth with company they are refusing responsibility even after I have explained UK Consumer rights and I am still without them item and without a refund the WORST online shopping experience I have ever had.

I was extremely happy with the help i received by Arianna Baruffaldi, the turn around for answering my emails where quick and efficient, and on point. When i needed help with the payment side of the transaction, she gave me three different options, which included help from the I.T. dept. The tracking information from the warehouse to my front door was useful and informative. Overall, the customer service was excellent, it was a great experience buying from Dsquared2.

I ordered a sweater for Christmas present for my husband, from the official website of dsquared2, It came with moth holes, I sent a complaint immediately and I am still waiting the solution, although there’s a procedure for this, published on their website, they’ve sent me many messages saying “bear with us, soon we’ll answer you”. Never again, I didn’t expect this low level customer care!
The final result of my "personal" drama with the ruined Christmas present for my husband is that according to all the departments of DSQUARED2, that were so polite sending me useless messages, moth holes aren't their problem:
"After consulting with our corresponding department once again, it was decided that we will not be able to accept the warranty claim for the product"
I confirm my initial rating, and if it was possible I would decrease it.

It's about tessuti where my son bought a top of your brand a grey tshirt £80 on 26.12.23
Worn once I washed it last night on its own at the label instructions of 30 °
Once out machine was on a clothes horse to dry. When died I realised colour on 1 side cuff design I thought looked off white so panicked as my lad 16 and spent his own £80 on the top he even went and got a cap after with your branding.
Went into store doncaster Frenchgate today 12 1 24 around 10.30am with original tessuti bag and the tops receipt as proof of purchase.
Explained above.
He had a look at the issue pressed some buttons on the til and said yeah we do 2 of the pale grey let me check as one is pure while other is off like yours
.I didn't realise and he went oh to say its fine this is one that is not pure white its suppose to be that colour.
Me are you sure as I can get it back now and he none the wiser he said yes that is how it was bought. Cool off I went home seen my son told him my silly unnecessary trip to town his face dropped when looked at his new top in the bag and he flipped you have washed it and ruined it why is it not white.... ? .. not best of days or events I looked online searched all over at these particular tops and I can't see no match of pale grey with any cuff colour other than pure white my son had Already told me was lies infact thought I was lying to him .
Bottom line the staff barefaced lied my son just wants £80 top replaced to exact same top which I be paying now thanks to TESSUTI WORST shop ever and they no alternative service online or calls ect if bought in store must take back to store which I have so now what am I to do .

I received the 3 pack of underwear and one was missing. After one month of sending photos of the same box and answering the same question over and over I am sure they are just having fun. I am not, the underwear missing is $30 and this company is pathetic to allow an employee to steal from a customer’s order and not care. I was going to order so much more from this company, but now i will never shop here again. Do not trust Dsquared2

UPDATE 2025: Needed a tiny sparepart, a little screw. Dsquared2 failed to provide it. That's far from any sustainability. MINUS 2 stars.
All fine. I got the item in sale, otherwise too pricey. Mails for the delivery status are pretty much delayed. 5 days without any information, but on the day of the delivery 4 mails came in to let me know the item has reached the country of destination. Customer service is great.
