Similar in price to Reiss but much better quality. Great knitwear.
Their men's lounge bottoms are excellent quality. Good fit and gorgeously soft against the skin. Very quick delivery.
Inferior material used to make sport coats. The material started pilling after a couple months. There are imperfections in the material. Contacted Duchamp and they wont stand behind their product. I should call back Saks I let them know it was a final sale and they wont help. Never buy this BRAND
Please beware, this is most likely a scam. Placed order on 8 September 2021. Money for order paid from my account. Confirmation of order received same day. I have heard no further despite following up on 27 September, 1 October and 7 October.
Their email says "We'll send you an email once your order is dispatched containing tracking details, or you can check its progress by visiting your account."
Duchamp London online seems like a scam website at the moment and I think consumers should be very careful when ordering from Duchamp London’s website or you risk NOT receiving your good(s) for which Duchamp has taken money out of your account for.
On the 7th of September 2021, I placed my order for a Silk Jacket/Blazer, which was reduced to £200 and paid £5 for [a 5-7 working day delivery, which I still feel was extortionate rather than a free] delivery service
I received an order confirmation email which had a valid order number in the format: #xxxxx
The order confirmation email also contained Additional Info, which informed me as follows;
“We'll send you an email once your order is dispatched containing tracking details, or you can check its progress by visiting your account.”
Till date, I am yet to receive this dispatch related email and it’s now the 22nd of September 2021 and I am yet to receive my order OR a refund of my £200 back into my account.
I called the customer service related telephone number on their website (i.e. +44 (0)203 002 0322) several times yesterday (literally all day) and no response. All calls just ring perpetually until it goes to voicemail. The same has happened thus far today
I also emailed Duchamp London, both yesterday and today, using their Customers Service email address on their website and similarly; NOT a single reply from Duchamp London to tell me what the hell is going on with my order or give me back my £200 for service not delivered yet, since confirming my order on the 7th of September 2021.
I note that as at today, the 22 of September 2021, there is absolutely nothing on their website that states or suggests that Duchamp London has ceased trading as a business more especially as their website is still taking peoples hard earned money BUT NOT delivering the people’s goods.
I have little choice now but to report Duchamp London to the Trading Standards.
I ordered three ties in the Duchamp sale for £100. I also paid an extra £5 P&P. I waited a month and nothing turned up. DPD's site offered me no information at all where my package was. I emailed Duchamp four times and only on the fourth time they responded. They told me that one of the ties that I had bought was now sold out and I could choose another tie from their now much depleted sale range, or I could have the two remaining ties and the cost of the other tie refunded. I was offered no recompense for the fact they had my money for a month without me getting the goods. Nothing for being ignored. I wonder if they had taken notice of my first email then the tie I wanted might still have been in stock? I must have at least half a dozen Duchamp ties. I will never buy another and have unsubscribed from their mailing list.
Bought a very uncomfortably scratchy jumper online, decided to return this. Having paid the initial postage I also had to pay return postage totalling around £11.
This was sent back by first class post on the 5th of December and I've had no refund or replies to any emails. Really poor experience and product, postage paid and no refund in sight.
Got a stunning car coat and cufflinks.
Fair price, extraordinary well packed and fast delivery
The customer service is awful. I was trying to buy a suit and asked them to tell me which of their stores had it in stock so I could try it on first... Then they sent me to a store that didn't even provide suits! Thereafter, I contacted them on a separate matter regarding getting a refund for an online purchase... they lost my email, then when I chased, they asked me to re-email it. And now they are ignoring the re-email. Their website claims to offer a hassle free after-care experience. That's a load of tosh.
They also charge you to get clothes delivered... and returned! so if you don't like the fit, you still pay. From ASOS, to M&S, none of these guys charge their customers for returns.
So... if you want a 'high end' company that ignores customers, provides poor after care and has people on the other end of the line who can't be bothered with you... then shop at Duchamp!
My advice, avoid buying from their online store altogether. Or just go to a proper quality store like Paul Smith or Hugo
After changing the fit of their slim fit shirts, from what I had already, I had to return a couple of items purchased at Christmas. Due to the high value, I returned them by special delivery to ensure that they were covered in case of loss in the post. This also gave me a confirmed delivery date.
Unfortunately, for whatever reason, no refund came through, and no contact was made. It was only after sending my second email that I received both a response and confirmation that my refund had just been processed. This was 14 days after the order had been received back.
I experienced a similar delay during a previous return, so assume that this delay must be reasonably common for their customers.
