Bought brand new Phoenix 100t Dma card and installed. On test firmware the Phoenix card passed with Excellent on everything. Paid Mr. Duck for custom firmware and when installed the card failed tests. Tech named BMP said the Phoenix card was bad so I needed to order the Ducks Services 100t card so I did. Installed the Ducks 100T new card and it worked perfectly on test firmware but failed when they installed the custom Ducks Services firmware. Worked 1 full week everyday with his tech team of Zero and BMP. Zero was so helpful and tried so many times and was a pleasure to work with but could not get their custom firmware to work after 6 attempts so he escalated to BMP. BMP was the rudest and most unprofessional tech I have ever worked with. He is one of the reasons I will never buy from Mr Ducks Services ever again. BMP even tried redoing their custom firmware multiple times yesterday and they all failed including now their 100t card will not take the stock test firmware so there card is bricked now. I notified Mr Duck myself and he blamed it on my brand new Asrock x870 e motherboard which is crazy cause the 100t card worked perfectly on test firmware but bricked when they added their custom firmware. 2 brand new 100t cards worked perfectly on test firmware with Excellent tests passed but both bricked due to their custom firmware. Now Mr Duck wont refund me for their card and their custom firmware I paid for. Terrible and unprofessional.
I just seen Mr Ducks reply to my honest review and he is telling the world the truth. Mr Duck agreed with everything. I stated except the fact that his firmware did actually brick the Ducks Service 100t card I purchased from them on Monday and it was working perfectly with the test firmware. Currently his card is bricked along with the Phoenix Dma card his techs installed his custom firmware into themselves multiple times. Neither card will accept the reflash if the test stock firmware and both cards are in failing test conditions due to his techs and firmware. Mr Duck has also refused to allow me to return the bricked card for a refund. The refund he submitted was for the custom firmware cost of $149 that I paid last week to use with my new Phoenix dma card and when that didn’t work his techs told me I needed to purchase their Ducks services 100t card so I did and paid for custom firmware again for a total of $249 more dollars. So I paid $149 and $249 and Mr Ducks has failed to tell everyone that he only refunded the $149 not the $249 for his 100t card that his customer firmware and techs bricked. This is not a system or motherboard issue as Thu is a brand new $8000 rig built with Asrock x870e nova wifi motherboard which is too of the line and Amd 9950x3d cpu and Asus Astral 5090 video card. So none he is not correct by saying my oc is the issue. Mr Duck still owes me $249 for his unprofessional services and bricked card now that his techs installed their custom firmware more than 8 to 9 times this week.

@Mr. Duck is deadass the realest mf out there. No matter how big his company is he still cares about his customers. The support time was very lengthy (around 21 hours - to get my firmware), but that makes sense with all the tickets these guys have. I'm being for real download Vencord and look at hidden channels its insane, easily 500+ tickets. but when my time came around we got my firware setup in less than an hour. I bought the 35t bundle on a Thursday, received it the next Wednesday (in the U.S) which is hella fast especially for the items. Duck was kind enough to get me right with a little surprise in my order. Honestly worth the money. There are other people out there that can get you the same shit cheaper, but with Duck's you're not just paying for the product but for the support, fast shipping, etc. If your reading this and thinking about ordering yourself a dma setup do it!

Well i bought the 75t bundle and the dma came not working, vmm failed drivers not installing on main pc when i opened a ticket in there support group i got ignored for 2 days then banned from there discord for being “gay” but the real reason is i called the admin out for purposely ignoring people so they can pay him. DO NOT BUY

You don’t take bad language towards customers serious, you yourself called me a retard after your staff banned me. I have a screen shot from the ticket that the ticket app saved.
I had been having issues non stop and that last ticket was not to get help for the firmware, I had already closed that ticket for that prior because nobody would help. The developer was tagged and never spoke a word for over two days. I have the right to refuse services when that service is poor and breaks T.O.S.
I am now receiving messages from the owner, Mr. Duck, asking me to remove a review that I did not write. The review in question is the one posted directly below mine. I only found it after searching for Duck’s Services reviews myself. Being contacted and pressured over a review I did not author is inappropriate and unprofessional.
During my service ticket interactions, I was called “autistic” and a “peanut brain.” That kind of language is completely unacceptable, especially from someone representing a business. It reflects a lack of professionalism and an inability to handle criticism appropriately.
To be clear, I never personally experienced Duck’s Services during what others describe as its better days. I only know it once had a strong reputation. Based on my experience, that reputation does not align with how things are currently handled.
I am not making direct accusations regarding speculation about Trojans or firmware concerns. I can’t confirm or deny those claims. However, in this industry, concerns like that are not unheard of. I won’t make blind accusations, but I also won’t dismiss legitimate questions outright.
What I can speak on is my own experience. The professionalism, transparency, and integrity I expected were not present. What may have once felt genuine now feels purely transactional. The focus appears to have shifted away from service and toward revenue.
Everything written here reflects my honest experience. I’ve intentionally left out much of the negativity for the sake of time. If anything, this is a measured account — not an exaggerated one.
I took a look at my Ticket from their discord just now and noticed the owner himself Mr.Duck called me a retard. In that one ticket I was called Autistic, sped, and a retard…off the top of my head I bet there is actually more. I have photo proof so no denying. Ticket tool, save to phone for the win.
