So got the dma bundle whatever the fuser came in broken unworking so they made me buy something to test it some bam no fix they sent another it worked fine my dma never worked from when i got it to when they sent the new one not to mention being told to wipe my windows losing all that and having to buy new storage to store what i could just for it to not work got a new dma but when i got it closed ticket losing all that convo i needed to pay attention to. staff was nice though and had decently quick responses but nothing i got basically worked and they wanted me to go way far to send the broken one back but i would after they fixed whatever the problem was thats what i really needed

To clarify for anyone reading: when hardware arrives damaged in transit, we have to properly troubleshoot to determine whether the issue is the DMA card, the fuser, cabling, firmware, or system configuration. In your case, the original fuser was confirmed defective and we immediately sent a replacement, which resolved that portion of the issue.

DMA setups are advanced hardware configurations that require very specific system settings. A clean Windows installation is sometimes necessary when driver conflicts or prior configurations interfere. We never suggest that lightly, only when it’s required for proper functionality.

Regarding the return: when hardware is confirmed faulty, we do require it to be sent back so it can be tested and replaced through our supply chain. That’s standard procedure and protects both sides.

We’re glad you mentioned our staff was responsive and respectful. Our team genuinely works hard to get every customer running, and in this case multiple replacement components were provided to make things right.

Wait time and Attitude…

Ordered a cheaper package and sent a bit of a tip, I didn't get good communication with the order staff whatsoever and seemed like I had received attitude for asking when the product would be delivered... The "Instant Delivery" isn't instant at all. The admins and Support staff would rather listen to music and not help. 1/10 wouldn't buy from here unless you spend big bucks as they'll ignore you. Been an hour and a half and still haven't received product.

We want to address this clearly.

Your order was placed using PayPal. PayPal is not advertised anywhere on our site as instant delivery. Instant delivery only applies to card and crypto payments, which are processed automatically. PayPal orders require manual review and are fulfilled after that review is completed.

Your order had been placed for approximately one hour before a PayPal dispute was opened. The moment a dispute is filed, our system automatically locks the order and we are legally and operationally unable to deliver the product. At that point, fulfillment is no longer possible until the dispute is resolved.

Regarding communication, we reviewed the interaction and did not find any disrespectful or dismissive behavior from staff. Asking about delivery time is completely fine, but opening a chargeback within an hour prevents us from resolving it normally.

If you would like this resolved, the PayPal dispute must be closed so we can proceed properly.

Extremely happy with ducks services

Extremely happy with ducks services and their products.
Products work great and their customer service/support is fantastic.
I had an issue with my product I purchased that was causing me a lot of headaches. I was troubleshooting for hours before I created a ticket in the server and Mr. Duck solved it extremely quickly with great instructions.
