I was asking how long my withdrawal…

I was asking how long my withdrawal would take and all I got was there typical copy and paste reply ---We try to process all requests as quickly as we can, but it can take up to 72 hours depending on how many are in the queue.--- 1 agen from the live chat Roza said ( i will have a chatwith the team after 72 hours ) so we'll see and I'll post if I get my winnings but it does feel like I've been scammed DO NOT DEPOSIT TO THIS WEBSITE

Scamming scum bags!!!

Scamming scum bags!!!! Never once have I had my money stolen from me on a UK casino but this one did I spent over £200 using a third party payment which is allowed but because the number I used was my brothers they've closed my account and offered me £15 compensation after stealing £240 off me absolutely hilarious to think they'd think I'd sit here happy with that police and bank have been informed the fact there name is completely differet on trust Pilot says enough for me so funny how they'll take severel deposits completely fine without one bit of identity but then when it comes to withdrawing they asked for 7 different pieces of ID and emailed me some bullshit on why I broke there rules.

Great site but no withdrawals received to date

Recently joined, good selection of games, site easy to navigate & deposit funds & cash back function great BUT haven’t received any of the 3 withdrawals I requested from decent wins.
Verification - provided photo driving licence & recent council tax letter. Still no withdrawals received.Not had these problems with other sites.
Contacted chat function, told to verify my account which i’d already done. disappointing because I enjoy the site but the hassle of withdrawals & concerns they don’t pay out puts me off using.
Will update rating if I receive my winnings.

Avoid at all cost they take money but when you win the refuse

Update : they have now taken all my winnings , gave me £100 and closed my account avoid this scam site at all costs

I am extremely dissatisfied with the handling of my withdrawal request, which has now been delayed for over 72 hours without proper justification.
Despite submitting clear and compliant verification documents on multiple occasions, these have been repeatedly rejected without any explanation or guidance. This lack of transparency prevents me from reasonably addressing any alleged issues.
Furthermore, I have been asked to provide full bank statements showing all daily transactions. This request appears excessive and disproportionate for standard verification purposes, and raises serious concerns under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. In particular, the principle of data minimisation requires that only data necessary for the stated purpose should be requested and processed.
In addition, the platform’s requirements are contradictory. It states that screenshots are not accepted, yet only provides an option to upload photographic images, making compliance unnecessarily difficult.
It is also concerning that while withdrawals are withheld pending verification, deposits continue to be accepted without restriction. This raises serious questions regarding fairness, transparency, and consistency in their business practices.
If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will consider escalating the issue to the relevant regulatory authorities, including submitting a complaint to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) regarding the handling of personal data.
Update they have now cancelled my withdrawal after I submitted 10 times my documents saying I've not uploaded them,and blocked me

AVOID SUPRPLY DUELZ VOODOO

I strongly advise anyone not to use DuelZ or any of its associated companies.
Depositing money is quick and easy, with little to no visible checks on affordability or player protection. However, the moment you try to withdraw funds, the experience becomes extremely frustrating.
You are subjected to a long and intrusive verification process that can drag on for weeks or even months. Despite providing multiple forms of ID, bank statements, and proof of income, requests continue, often with claims that previous documents are insufficient.
By the end of it, you’ve shared a huge amount of sensitive personal and financial information, which raises serious concerns about data handling and GDPR compliance.
It feels less like standard verification and more like a tactic to delay or prevent withdrawals.
Depositing is easy—getting your money back is not. Avoid.

Withdrawal delayed due to repeated verification issues

I deposited with Duelz using Trustly and requested a £1000 withdrawal.

I have fully complied with their verification process and provided:

* Valid ID
* Proof of address
* Bank statements (uploaded multiple times in original PDF format directly from my banking app)

Despite this, my bank statements have been repeatedly rejected without clear explanation, even though they clearly show the transactions made via Trustly.

I am also being asked to provide proof of ownership of my phone number (such as a recent receipt or invoice), despite:

* Not using my phone as a payment method
* Not having any such documentation, as the SIM is part of a family arrangement and not in my name

I have explained this and offered alternative verification methods (such as SMS verification), but these have not been accepted.

At this stage, I have cooperated fully and provided all reasonable documentation, yet my withdrawal remains unresolved due to requests for documents that do not exist and repeated rejection of valid submissions.

I am currently awaiting resolution before escalating this matter further.

I will update this review accordingly if the matter is resolved.

I would actually call them thieves
I tried to withdrawal large amount of money and they asked me to vertify myself
I sent in all documents which are not been accepted , including driving licence utility bills etc
Still wint pay out my withdrawal!
There no support ! Help takes you back to withdrawal being process .
Ignore email on support . No phone number for company
Do not use this site , it’s a scam or thieves

They said they give 10% refund but…

They said they give 10% refund but always gave back random amounts, such as 18.59, etc. Very dodgy.
But It was nice to get a second chance at playing, so I was happy with them still.
But now they lowered the refund offer, removed their deposit bonus, made their bonus points collection so bad I can not be bothered anymore. No point playing with their casino anymore and no fun.
I am going to another that does not disrespect its players with such bad bonuses and other casinos have much better return to player, so actually a chance to win once in a while!

Waiting on £500 withdrawal

Still waiting on only a £500 withdrawal (otherwise I would give it a 4-5 star) - it advertises instant withdrawals yet it's been at a "Waiting for approval" status for over 24 hours now (it's a weekday) and I've gotten no comms/emails. Worried I've been scammed but lets see - if I don't update this review just know I didn't get my withdrawal!

Update: Got the withdrawal, ended up withdrawing circa 1.5K - good site tbf

Joined duelz a few months ago ..

Joined duelz a few months ago ... I have tried to make a withdrawal of £130and now getting asked for documents to verify my identity. I literally have none of the documents they want as I have never had a driving licence and my passport expired about 40 years ago ( I'm 76) . Every other casino site has been great and accepted a photo of my old passport, along with my birth certificate, marriage licence, bus pass and bank statements. This casino aren't even acknowledging my emails which I have attached the documents too! So now it looks like I won't be paid my winnings but they are allowing me to make deposits! Not happy at all because I have no intention of buying a new passport at my age.

Edit .... After reading other reviews I will definitely be getting in touch with the gambling comission and hopefully they will look into this company.

Great experience. I've won 4k in 3 hours playing. I was a bit worried about the withdrawal because it took 3 days for the verification to take place, but afterwards I've received the money, and would definitely play again.
