Quick support contact and helpful solution

When a deposit didn't go through, support actually got in touch with me first. They let me know it was a bank issue and then helped me sort it out, step by step. They even threw in a nice bonus for the inconvenience. The whole thing was handled so well - I really felt looked after.

Given driven licence proof of address…

Given driven licence proof of address with in last 3 months now wont realse funds unless i have a passport me holding my licence in a pic waiste up. Sent over bank statement in lsst 3 months too.. Do NOt USE THIS PLACE WITH HOLDING 400. DEPOSITED OVER 2K. I REPEAT DO NOT USE THESE GUYS

Suspended account with pending withdrawal and no communication

I m very disappointed in this casino. I have played and won 1200 . Before i started to play i have checked the status on my account and it was fully verified. Once i hit the win and withdrew i was requested a bunch of documents. I have send them all and couple of days my account showed that all is good. So, i thought great waited for my withdrawal and still nothing send numerous emails without any replies. Today i woke up tried to log in and surprise surprise my account is suspended no email recieved no updates no money. They not giving any update on anything they do whatever they want and just fully scamming people my mistake that i haven't checked the reviews before i started playing with them. Please stay away from this casino and they should be reported to gambling commission.

Breached their own terms and conditions

This company has breached its own terms and conditions by not carrying out checks and allowing a person to add gambling charges to my phone bill. They refuse to assist in anyway and hide behind the guise of you are not a customer. So they admit fault but will not refund the unauthorised charges to my phone bill. The customer service is poor and extremely unhelpful. They are aware I am a veteran with cancer and refuse to deal with their mistake

Everything about this screams dodgy

Everything about this screams dodgy. The duelz fights are with bots, somehow that's legal... Games all start lagging after 10 minutes and the payouts drop, happens to me every time. Volatility and payout rates are awful, with some games at 70% rttp?! Every game has a jackpot or is a high volatility variant. The entire online slots presence these days is absolutely awful

Really dissappointed - Anti British casino

Really dissappointed. Spent and lost a lot. Enquired about bonuses or rewards and was told;

“I am very sorry to inform you we cannot give goodwill or bonuses to UK customers”

So an anti-British casino operating In the UK showing favouritism to all its other operating countries except UK”. I told them I wanted to close my account as cannot pay into an anti-British casino.

If you need help in verification process, email the voodoo support team ad they are really helpful, especially Sara. I have had no real help from the verification people ad they just send out auto generated emails which don't help. Hopefully after today's email from Sara, I will verified.

After becoming a new customer and in all honesty not paying attention properly I made a mistake with my first time deposit bonus
Upon contacting customer service they happily rectified my stupid mistake, you don’t always get this sort of help from a mistake you’ve made entirely by yourself so a breath of fresh air to be looked after so well

I encountered an error message while trying to deposit, which was confusing at first. David from support explained exactly what caused it and how to avoid it in the future. He walked me through the steps carefully, and the deposit went through right after. His patience and expertise really stood out. This is what I really like about this casino!

TAKE NOTICE OF THE BAD REVIEWS FOR YOUR OWN GOOD!!!

I'm not sure where the 5 stars are coming from but I'm not sure they are genuine. Thw wirhdrawel process is beyond ridiculous. I made a request on the 8/12/25 and it is now the 14/12/25 with no sign of a payout any time soon. For the first 4 days I was constantly asked for verification documents that I swiftly provided. For thw last 3 days I have been told the same generic reps9nse from anyone and everyone I talk to. (Please be aware your documebts are waiting to ve reviewed by the relevant department). Personally 7 days for a worhdrawle request is beyond ridiculous when casionos like lottogo.com which i also play at will send payments out in a matter of hours. Honestly take notice of all the bad reviews and stay clear of this casino.
