THIEVES

Stay away from these corrupted scamming thieves. They will close your account and keep your winnings. I've put in a claim to eCOGRA. Below is the email I received this morning.

Aweful just read the reviews AFTER I…

Aweful just read the reviews AFTER I decided to withdraw the money... In fact I did try deposit/withdraw a small amount of money sure went swimmingly but as soon as I try withdraw bigger ammount Delay tactics are real. They try everytrhing in their power not to pay the winnings, stay away from this website. It's crazy that AFTER you want to withdraw money they ask for your details but never when you deposit absolute scam. Will wait 72hrs as support said then I will get bank/police involved

Customer support satisfaction!

Abby from support was knowledgeable and fast. I was worried about making a withdrawal, as on other casinos i plates, it is always painful… but she got everything sorted quickly. Payment received instantly on my wallet.

I deposited quire a few times before…

I deposited quire a few times before being asked for documents to withdraw my deposit I hadn't played with which was £200. They replied until I sent documentation and have now ignored me completely and no withdrawal done. AVOID AND DO NOT PLAY ON ANY OF THEIR SITES. I've had to report it to my bank and take other legal steps. Illegally withholding my money and now ironically closed my account. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

opened an account one month ago. wasn’t sure how the VIP membership worked and if I qualified since the data was not readily available on site.. Jessie from support reviewed my play history, explained the tiers, and told me what I could expect next.. . I followed her advice and during the last 2 Months I am enjoying from a very. I think it is one of the most trusted casino’s I have been playing recently! Support is always there for me, funds are cashing out quickly, games never stuck - great experience. I have been playing here for more than 3 months already, and so far I see myself nowhere else :)!

Only good for 2 withdraws then the problems start

Acount says verified but still no withdrawl said needs to be verfied manually sent proof of adress utility bill which they state they accept when ypu upload yet on chat saying they do not accept these you will get 2 maybe 3 withdrawls then they will stop and yoj need to send everything and more to get money i dont mind sending things but then they refuse when it clearly states that you can use cannot speak to anyone that has anything to do with verifications or withdraw no contact number at all either

Again withholding withdrawals

Again withholding withdrawals. They held a withdrawl of £1200 for 3 days only releasing it when I complained. The excuse was because it was a large withdrawal. Today I decided to take the withdrawal in 4 parts so £500 which they’re holding, £350 holding, £150 holding and £80 holding so basically if you want to withdraw money they’ll hold it and make excuses. Everyone needs to check their deposits too as they take fees on debit card deposits yet their terms state they don’t. I queried it and they refunded the wrongful fees. All 3 of their sites did the same so it appears they’re fraudulently taking money and only giving it back if found out. @ukgamblingcommision need to look into this

Great site and the rules and pay times have been on point for me

Not one problem at all so great stuff. The only one problem I found is the deposit fee but I'm winning overall on the site and the cash back features just pay my deposit fee back. 4 stars and nearly put 5 so as for other reviews that's there view but gambling sites are always hard to judge as if someone loses more than they can afford it will always result in a bad review.

Deposit via trustly withdrawal pending 4 days as they want proof of mobile!

Deposited using mobile, won £400 withdrew to bank account funds received within 24 hours.
Deposited using bank account/trustly won, withdrew to same bank account 4 days ago still not received. Daily template email asking to verify mobile when mobile deposit win already refunded.
Current withdrawal request is to the bank I deposited from!!!
No communication apart from the same template email daily.
Shocking have raised a complaint through Ask Gamblers.
I’ve spent a lot of money with Duelz shocking site shocking service shocking communication STAY CLEAR!
